San Giacomo- puff pastry with shrimp, scallops, pancetta and Cognac cream drizzle
Antipasto Dilusso- caprese with homemade mozzarella, tomato, sopresatta,
Roman artichokes, Portobello mushroom, Calamata olives,
aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil
Insalata Panzanella- chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion, gorgonzola
and seasoned croutons with lemon oil dressing

Mare & Monte - linguine tossed with shrimp and assorted fresh vegetables
in a tomato cream broth
Osso Bucco – tender braised pork osso bucco “on the bone”
in a natural aujus gravy; served with mashed potaoes
Fillet of Sole Erba- pan roasted in an herb wine sauce, garnished with
shrimp confetti and served with risotto primavera
La Samantha- crispy veal or chicken Milanese, light lemon picatta sauce, finished with
chopped caprese tomato-fresh mozzarella and balsamic drizzle

Gelato or Sorbetto - homemade Italian ice cream or sorbet of the day
Torta di Formaggio - New York style cheesecake with dark chocolate drizzle
and Amarena cherries
Torta di Cioccolata - warm homemade chocolate espresso cake with
mascarpone royale cream and Tahitian vanilla gelato
