BRASIERA ELETTRICA DA 80L
Brasiera rovesciabile elettrica realizzata in acciaio inox Aisi 304. Vasca di cottura con sollevamento manuale, realizzata in acciaio inox
capacità litri 80, di forma rettangolare con spigoli raggiati per una migliore pulizia, fondo in ferro FE360 spessore 12mm. Coperchio a
doppia parete con gocciolatoio in zona posteriore, per convogliare nella vasca l'acqua di condensa, dotato di robuste cerniere in acciaio
inox Aisi 304, con bilanciamento a molle. Carico automatico dell'acqua in vasca attivato da comando elettrico. Erogatore dell'acqua
fisso posizionato sul piano. Maniglia con presa frontale in tubo di acciaio Aisi 304 satinato, collegata al coperchio. Riscaldamento
mediante resistenze corazzate poste sotto la vasca. Termostato per la regolazione della temperatura da 100°C a 280°C . Termostato di
sicurezza. Lampada spia di colore arancione che segnalata il funzionamento della macchina. Interruzione del riscaldamento in caso di
sollevamento della vasca. Piedini regolabili in altezza in acciaio inox. Grado di protezione IPX5.
80L ELECTRIC BRATT PAN
Electric tilting bratt pan constructed in Aisi 304 stainless steel.
Cooking tank with manual tilt mechanism, constructed in stainless
steel, 80-litre capacity, rectangular in shape with radiused corners
for ease of cleaning, bottom in 12mm thick mild steel. Double
skinned lid with drip zone at rear for conveying condensate liquid
into the pan, fitted with sturdy Aisi 304 stainless steel hinges with
spring balancing. Automatic water loading operated by electric
control. Fixed water tap located on top. Satin-finish AISI 304
tubular steel handle with front grip, joined to lid. Armoured heating
elements in Incoloy underneath the tank. Thermostatic
temperature control from 100° to 280 C°. Safety thermostat.
Orange indicator light on control panel indicates appliance
operation. Heating automatically turned off when pan is tilted.
Height adjustable feet in stainless steel. IPX5 protection rating.

frontseitigem Rundrohgriff aus satiniertem Edelstahl 304.
Beheizung durch gekapselte Widerstände unter dem Becken.
Temperaturregelung zwischen 100°C und 280°C über
Thermostat.
