It may not be divulged in whole or in part to third parties without the written authorisation of Gruppo Piazzetta S.p.a. ▪ Gruppo Piazzetta S.p.A. reserves all rights provided in law. 3 MONTAGGIO - ASSEMBLY a) Posizionare gli elementi di base 2 su un piano d’appoggio robusto e adeguatamente isolato o con fibra di vetro o con fibre ceramiche, comunque materiali molto isolanti; facendo così si riesce a mantenere il fondo più caldo e a cuocere ( es. la pizza ) direttamente sopra. If you want to reverse the direction of opening of the door, unscrew the knob (handle), reverse the position of the bolts and headless screws, then screw the knob back in from the opposite side. e) Se possibile costruire delle pareti di contenimento e riempire lo spazio vuoto con degli inerti ( es. argilla, sabbia, cenere ecc...). e) If possible, build retaining walls and fill the empty space with inert materials (e.g. clay, sand, ash, etc.). f) Coprire la parte superiore della struttura e, nel caso sia posto all’esterno, proteggere bene il tutto dalle intemperie. f) Cover the top of the structure and, if installed outside, protect the whole structure from bad weather. 5 CONSIGLI UTILI Il forno è una struttura compatta formata da una serie di elementi ad incastro, quindi nel suo funzionamento è molto importante osservare alcune regole: ▪ Prima di utilizzare il forno attendere almeno 24 ore affinché il cemento utilizzato per le giunture, si possa essiccare. ▪ Prima di usare il forno eseguire una serie di accensioni a fuoco moderato, per fare in modo che si possa eliminare l’umidità ancora contenuta nei vari elementi. ▪ L’inosservanza di tale procedura, potrebbe compromettere l’integrità del forno. ▪ Accensioni a fuoco moderato, dovranno essere effettuate anche nel caso in cui il forno rimanga inutilizzato per lunghi periodi di tempo. ▪ Eseguire un isolamento adeguato del forno come indicato nelle istruzioni di montaggio. ▪ La massima temperatura di funzionamento non deve superare i 300°C. Tale temperatura è ampiamente sufficiente per ogni tipo di cottura. Per la cottura dei cibi su un forno a legna non esiste un manuale pratico, in quanto sarà la vostra esperienza a farvi da maestra, che unita alla fantasia e alle capacità personali vi permetterà di creare gustosi cibi. Di aiuto saranno sicuramente il termometro posizionato sulla porta , che vi darà l’idea del momento giusto per introdurre i cibi , e l’ampio sportello in vetro ceramico che consentirà di controllare in ogni momento la cottura. Di seguito sono riportati valori indicativi per la cottura di alcuni cibi. TEMPERATURA (°C) Pizza 200-210 Pane 180 Focaccia 180 Biscotti 200 Crostata 180 Pollo 150-180 TEMPO DI COTTURA (min) 5-8 60 60-70 10 40 120-180 Da qui in avanti solo la vostra passione vi potrà premiare CHEF. 6 USEFUL ADVICE The oven is a compact structure formed from a series of interlocking elements, which is why it is very important to observe one or two rules when operating it: Before using the oven, wait at least 24 hours for the cement used for the joints to dry. ▪ Before using the oven carry out a series of ignitions on a moderate heat to remove the moisture still present in the various components. ▪ Failure to do this could impair the performance of the oven. ▪ Lighting on a moderate heat must also be carried out if the oven has not been used for a long time. ▪ Suitably insulate the oven as indicated in the assembly instructions. ▪ The maximum operating temperature must not exceed 300°C. This temperature is sufficient for any kind of cooking. There is no practical manual for cooking food on a wood stove, so it will be the experience you build up in becoming a “master chef”, together with your imagination and personal skill, that will enable you to create tasty food. Of course the thermometer installed on the door will certainly help in this, as it will give you an idea of the correct time to insert the food, as will the ceramic glass door, which will enable you to inspect the cooking at any time. Approximate values for cooking certain foods are given below. MANUTENZIONE – MAINTENANCE ▪ Per la pulizia del piano fuoco usare solamente uno semplice scopino e comunque mai attrezzi metallici. ▪ Per la pulizia del vetro utilizzare delle sostanze a base di ammoniaca. N.B. Eventuali screpolature presenti sull’involucro sono caratteristiche del refrattario impiegato e non compromettono l’integrità o il buon funzionamento del forno. ▪ To clean the cooking surface use only a simple brush, never any mechanical tools. ▪ To clean the glass use ammonia-based substances. N.B.
