Gas boiling unit on MAXI static gas oven. Pressed cooking top thickness
20/10. Tightness burners made in cast iron nickel-plated, with pilot flame.
Burners are controlled by safety taps with thermocouple and gradual
regulation of the power supplied. MAXI static gas oven, heated by a
stainless steel tubular burner with pilot flame and piezoelectric ignition.
Temperature control made by thermostatic safety valve with thermocouple. Upper grids in cast iron vitrified, on demand grids in stainless steel.
Framework made in stainless steel.
Piano di cottura a gas su forno statico gas MAXI. Piano stampato spessore 20/10. Bruciatori a tenuta stagna costruiti in ghisa nichelata, completi di fiamma pilota. I fuochi sono comandati da rubinetti di sicurezza
con termocoppia e regolazione progressiva della potenza erogata. Forno
statico gas MAXI, riscaldato da un bruciatore in tubolare d’acciaio con
fiamma pilota e accensione piezoelettrica. Controllo della temperatura
ottenuta per mezzo di una valvola termostatica di sicurezza con termocoppia. Griglie superiori in ghisa vetrificata, a richiesta griglie in acciaio
inox. Struttura costruita in acciaio inox.
