Spartacos floor service-hatches, available in 4 standard cut-out dimensions (540x300 mm – 540x442 mm – 540x583 mm – 540x725mm),
are the revolutionary product that enables the bodybuilders to cover most of their needs in floor hatches, avoiding the high costs of
self-in-house-manufacturing.
Scalabros selected sevaral types of PU with which we produce extremely light but rexisting assemblying-frames and super strong but
flexible covers that allow also grate weight savings. (Just as an example our biggest hatch - 540x725 mm - with frame doesn’t weigh
more than 4 Kg).
But that’s not all: they can be fit with an optional heat-reflecting-foamed-layer which grants even higher sound and heat insultation
by adding only a few hundred grams to the total weight of Spartacos’ service-hatches.
Upon request Spartacos Floor Service hatches can be supplied with one or two stainless steel lifting handles.
They can be delivered already panelled by Scalabros with any flooring material the customers may require.
The flooring material is protected by a 3 mm high perimetral edge, which allows perfect flush assembly to the rest of the vehicle’s
floor.
Tightening the covers to the rubber gaskets by 4 simple M8 Allen-screws pulling on the 4 rivets co-injected into the frames, is the
final recepy for the maintenance free, super light and modular Spartacos’ floor service hatches.

sono il rivoluzinario prodotto che consente ai carrozzieri di ricoprire la maggior parte delle esigenze dimensionali, evitando loro però
gli elevati costi in cui incorrono producendosele da soli.
La Scalabros ha selezionato vari tipi di PU grazie ai quali è in grado di produrre telai leggerissimi ma molto resistenti e coperchi di
grande forza e flessibilità che consentono grandissimi risparmi di peso. (Solo a titolo di esempio: la nostra botola a pavimento più
grande – 540x725mm – non supera i 4 Kg di peso totale compreso il telaio).
Se non bastasse: le nostre botole a pavimento possono essere accessoriate con un pannello schiumato e riflettente che permette
un’ulteriore isolamento termico ed acustico aggiungendo solo un paio di etti al peso totale.
A seconda della richiesta possono essere fornite con una o due manigliette in acciaio inox e possono essere consegnate già
pavimentate con le pellicole fornite in conto lavoro dai clienti. Le moquette ed i pavimenti sono protetti da un bordo perimetrale alto
3 mm che permette un assemblaggio a filo perfetto con il resto del pavimento del veicolo.
La chiusura delle guarnizioni tra il coperchio e la cornice con 4 semplici viti a brugola tirate sui 4 rivetti costampati nel telaio è l’ultimo
ingrediente della ricetta Spartacos per delle botole a pavimento esenti da manutenzione, super leggere e modulari.
Les trappes de service au sol Spartacos, disponibles en 4 dimensions de decoupe (540x300 mm – 540x442 mm – 540x583 mm
– 540x725mm) sont le produit revolutionnaire qui permet aux carrossiers de couvrir la plus part de leurs besoins en termes de
dimensions, tout en évitant les coûts très élevés qu’ils soustiennent quand ils les produisent eux-mêmes.
Scalabros a selectionné divers types de PU qui nous permettent de produir de cadres très legers mais resistants ainsi que de
couvercles très forts et flexibles avec l’avantage de donner de gains de poids enormes. (Just à titre d’example notre trappe la plus
grande – 540x725 mm - ne depasse pas les 4 kg y compris son cadre).
En plus nos trappes de service au sol peuvent être equippées avec un pannau moussé et reflechissant qui permet d’obtenir une
isolation thermique et acustique encore supérieure tout en ajoutant seulement quelques grammes au poids total.
En fonction des demandes nos trappes de service peuvent être fournies avec une ou deux tirettes en acier inox et elle peuvent être
livrées avec les moquettes (choisi et fourni par les clients) déjà collées. Les moquettes sont protegées par un bord perimetrale de 3
mm de haut qui n’empêche un montage afflorant parfati avec le rest du sol du véhicule.
Le serrage des joints d’étancheité entre le couvercle et le cadre par moyen de 4 simples vis Allen M8 tournées sur de rivets co-injectés
dans le cadre est le dernier ingrédient de la recette Spartacos pour des trappes au sol libre d’entretient, super legères et modulaires.

sind das revolutionäre Produkt, das den Karosserieherstellern erlaubt, den eigenen Mass-Anforderungen zu entsprechen ohne jedoch
die Kosten der Eigenfertigung tragen zu müssen.
Die Firma Scalabros hat verschiedene PU-Typen ausgesucht, mit denen sie sehr leichte und robuste Rahmen sowie starke und flexible
Deckel herstellen kann, die erhebliche Gewichteinsparungen gewährleisten (als Beispiel hierzu wiegt unsere größte Bodenluke von
540x725mm mit Rahmen knapp 4 Kg).
Darüber hinaus können unsere Bodenluken mit Schaum und/oder einer reflektierenden Platte ausgerüstet werden, die zu einer
zusätzlichen Wärme- und Schallisolierung dient und nur sehr geringen Gewichtsunterschied ausmacht.
Je nach Anfrage können die Bodenluken mit einem oder zwei Henkeln aus Edelstahl ausgestattet und auch schon verkleidet geliefert
werden, wobei die Verkleidung vom Kunden selbst ausgesucht und geliefert wird. Die Bodenverkleidung wird von einem 3 mm hohen
Umfangsstreifen geschützt, der eine perfekte Anpassung an die gesamte Bodenverkleidung des Fahrzeuges gewährleistet.
Die Verschließung der Abdichtung zwischen Deckel und Rahmen durch vier einfache Innensechskantschrauben ist die letzte Zutat des
Spartacos-Rezeptes für eine wartungsfreie, super leichte und modulare Bodenluke.
