Servono per abbassare la temperatura dell’acqua da utilizzare per gli impasti al fine di mantenerli a temperatura costante (+18/+3°C), favorendo in tal modo la formazione del pane mediante l'utilizzo di attrezzature automatiche. ALASKA produce modelli da 100 a 1000 litri di capacità.
Esterno in lamiera zinco-plastificata (a richiesta in acciaio inox), vasca interna ed evaporatore in acciaio inox.
