CARICATORE AUTOMATICO CL-11
Caricatore automatico universale per qualsiasi tipo di scorniciatrice con piano di entrata.
Applicato sul fianco della macchina, i pezzi posti su di un magazzino verticale vengono sfaldati tramite due ruote dentate
le quali, agendo lateralmente, introducono un pezzo dopo l’altro a una velocità variabile da 6 a 30 m/min. con frizione
automatica, tramite comando idraulico del variatore. Idoneo per lavorazione di frise per parquet.
Il caricatore è semplicissimo da installare. Si fissa il CL-11 al fianco del piano della scorniciatrice 20 - 30 cm dal primo
rullo di traino ad una altezza da 1 mm sopra il piano a filo. Si attacca la corrente a valle del teleruttore di avanzamento di
traino della macchina in modo che il caricatore funzioni solo con l'avanzamento. Attaccare la linea d'aria sul raccordo ed
il caricatore è già pronto per il servizio.
AUTOMATIC LOADER CL-11
Universal automatic loader for all types of moulding machines fitted with a feed table.
Installed on the side of the machine, the pieces placed on a vertical magazine are separated by means of two gear wheels
which introduce the workpieces one by one from the side at a variable speed of 6-30 m/min with an automatic clutch, by
means of the hydraulic drive of the speed variator. Suitable for machining raw blocks for parquetry. The installation of this
feeder is extremely quick and easy. You attach the CL-11 on the side of the jointing table of the moulding machine, e.g.
approx. 20-30 cm prior to the first feed roller and at least 1 mm above the surface of the table.
The electrical connection is done with the feed relay of the moulding machine so that the CL-11 is synchronized. Connect
the compressed air and your feeder is ready to function.
AUTOMATISCHE LADEVORRICHTUNG CL-11
Automatische Universal- Ladevorrichtung für jede Art von Kehlmaschine mit Eingangsplatte.
Sie wird an der Seite der Maschine angebracht. Die auf einem vertikalen Lager befindlichen Teile werden mit Hilfe von zwei
Zahnrädern gespaltet, die eine seitliche Wirkung ausüben und dadurch ein Teil nach dem anderen einführen. Die
Einführungsgeschwindigkeit beträgt 6-30 m/min. mit automatischer Kupplung mittels hydraulischem Antrieb des Reglers.
Die Vorrichtung ist für die Bearbeitung von Parketteilen geeignet. Die Inbetriebnahme dieses Beschickungsgerätes ist sehr
rasch und einfach vorzunehmen. Man befestigt den CL-11 seitlich an den Abrichttisch der Kehlmaschine und zwar etwa
20 - 30 cm vor der ersten Vorschubwalze und ca. 1 mm über der Tischauflage. Der Elektroanschluss erfolg über den
Vorschub-Motorschütze der Kehlmaschine und damit ist die Beschickung synchronisiert. Die Druckluft wird einfach am
vorgesehenen Eingang angeschlossen und schon ist die Beschickung einsatzbereit.
CHARGEUR AUTOMATIQUE CL-11
Chargeur automatique universel pour tous les types de 4-faces avec table d'entrée. Appliqué sur le côté de la machine,
les pièces placées sur un magasin vertical sont séparées au moyen de deux roues dentées lesquelles, en agissant
latéralement, introduisent les pièces les unes après les autres à une vitesse variable à partir de 6-30 m/min avec embrayage
automatique, moyennant commande hydraulique du variateur. Indiqué pour l'usinage de frises pour parquets. La mise en
service de ce chargeur est très rapide et facile à faire. On fixe le CL-11 côté de la table de dégauchissage de la 4-faces à
environ 20 à 30 cm devant le premier rouleau d'avancement et environ 1 mm au-dessus de la table. Le branchement
électrique doit être fait sur le télérupteur de l'avancement de la 4-faces afin que le chargeur fonctionne seulement avec
l'avancement. L'air comprimé est branché au raccord et le chargeur est déjà prêt pour être utilisé.
