ISCRIZIONE
L’ammissione è riservata i soli soci della Light On Yoga Italia, insegnanti
e allievi; è prevista la partecipazione di un massimo di 300 praticanti soci
sia italiani che stranieri. Per partecipare è necessario essere in grado di
mantenere Sirsasana per 5 minuti, Sarvangasana per 5 minuti, ed eseguire
Urdhva Danurasana da terra.
Il termine per l’iscrizione sarà il 30 aprile 2016.
Prima di procedere all’iscrizione secondo le modalità indicate, assicurarsi
della disponibilità di posti contattando la segreteria. Quando le richieste di
partecipazione avranno raggiunto il limite previsto si stileranno liste d’attesa.
Gli iscritti alla lista di attesa saranno contattati in caso di cancellazioni.
Si avrà diritto alla restituzione del 50% della quota versata inoltrando alla
segreteria entro e non oltre il 28 febbraio 2016 la richiesta di cancellazione.

COSTI
La quota di partecipazione varia in base alla data di iscrizione.
Soci Light On Yoga Italia:
- 190 euro per iscrizioni entro il 31/01/16
- 230 euro per iscrizioni dal 01/02/2016
N.B.: A tutti coloro che al momento dell’iscrizione non fossero soci della
Light On Yoga Italia, sarà richiesta anche la cifra di 30 euro per l’iscrizione
all’associazione, in qualità di socio allievo.
ll costo di partecipazione all’evento comprende la partecipazione alle lezioni e alle altre iniziative in programma comprese due cene (venerdì, sabato).

In occasione della Convention sarà messa in vendità una bellissima t-shirt con la foto di Guruji per celebrare il 25º anno dell’Associazione.
MATERIALE
Ciascun partecipante dovrà avere con sé:

n. 1 mattone
n. 1 cintura
n. 3 coperte (minimo)
Presso la sede dell’ObiHall ci sarà un’area dove custodire l’attrezzatura.
Chi interessato potrà ordinare presso l’Associazione, mediante il Modulo di
Iscrizione: mattoni, coperte e cinture. Tale materiale verrà consegnato al
momento del check-in.
TRASPORTI

IN AUTO
Arrivando da fuori Firenze l’uscita
consigliata dell’A1 è Firenze Sud. Dopo il
casello si percorre tutto il lungo raccordo
verso Firenze. Superato il ponte di Varlungo
sull’Arno, al semaforo si gira a sinistra.
Dopo 300 metri si trova il Teatro sulla
sinistra, di fronte alla sede Rai.
La zona dispone di ampie zone dove
parcheggiare. Ad ogni modo il Teatro è
dotato di un proprio parcheggio da 90 posti
che diventeranno 200 al momento del suo
completamento.
TRENO e AUTOBUS
Dalla stazione di Firenze Santa Maria Novella si
prende la linea 14 dell’Ataf direzione Varlungo. Si
scenderà alla fermata “Varlungo 01” (è la 16.ma
dalla Stazione). Il biglietto della corsa singola
costa 1,20 euro.

Frequenza media diurna delle corse: 7’

La zona di via Aretina dove si trova OBIHALL è
servita anche dai bus delle Autolinee provinciali

Si consiglia agli aspiranti partecipanti di prenotare quanto prima il pernottamento in quanto i posti disponibili presso gli Hotel potrebbero esaurirsi

A golden opportunity for teachers and students
to gather all together through a rich programme
with Asana and Pranayama classes led by
Senior IYENGAR® Yoga Teacher Jawahar Bangera from Mumbai
and a lecture by professor Federico Squarcini
REGISTRATION
Only “Light on Yoga Italia” members, teachers and students, will be admitted.
There will be a maximum of 300 participants, both from Italy and from abroad.
You must be able to keep Sirsasana and Sarvangasana for 5 minutes and do
Urdvha Dhanurasana from the floor. Deadline will be April 30th, 2016.
Prior to booking following the procedure you find below, please make sure
there are still available places checking it out with the administrative office.
A waiting list will be drawn once the Convention is sold out. Those on the
waiting list will be called in case of cancellation, if any. 50% of the fee will be
refunded for cancellations before February 28th 2016.
To book you must:
• be a member of “Light on Yoga Italia”
• fill in the application form (teachers/students)
• pay for the fee on c/cp 62477799 entitled to Associazione Light On Yoga

RATES
Fees depend on registration timing.
Light On Yoga Italia members:
- € 190,00 – for those who will book before January 31st, 2016
Note: Non-members will be requested to pay for the membership fee,
which is € 30,00.
- € 230,00 - for those who will book from February 1st on
The cost includes lessons and others events in the programme and also two dinners (Friday’s and Saturday’s).
You will also get the 2016 Convention t-shirt for free.
During the Convention a beautiful t-shirt with a Guruji’s photo to celebrate the Association’s 25th birthday will be for sale.
MATERIALS
Participants must bring:
Props will be safeguarded in a purposely arranged area.

• n. 3 blankets (minimum)
Through the application form participants will be able to buy blocks, belts
and blankets that will be delivered when you check-in.

BY CAR
Arriving from nearby Florence we recommend
the A1 exit “Firenze Sud”. After the tollgate drive
along the railway connection towards Florence.
After Varlungo bridge on the Arno, at the traffic
lights turn to the left. The theatre is 300 metres
on, on the left, in front of RAI building.
There are large parking areas. The theatre
anyway has its own parking area – 90 places at
present but by the time of the Convention the
number will increase to 200.
TRAIN AND BUS
From Firenze Santa Maria Novella railway station
take Ataf line 14 Varlungo Direction. Please get off
at “Varlungo 01” stop (it’s the sixteenth stop). The
cost for one-way ticket is € 1,20.
Average time from Santa Maria Novella: 20’.
Average frequency of routes: 7’.

Aretina area where OBIHALL is can be reached also
by Autolinee provinciali Lazzi (35), Safa (118) Sita

Lonely women that travel from 9:00 o.m. to 2:00 a.m
have a 10% discount.

We suggest to book early because by the time the Convention takes place in Florence it’s peak season.
