ESIGENZE
CPL CONCORDIA sta
realizzando in Francia,
nei siti di Blenod e
Martigues, due gruppi di
preriscaldo e riduzione,
costituiti da vari package
pre-assemblati, posti il
primo vicino al confine
con il Belgio, il secondo
nei pressi di Marsiglia.
Gestore delle centrali è
la società francese EDF,
mentre il coordinamento
della progettazione sarà
effettuata dalla società
compartecipata italiana
EDISON. Il Gruppo EDF è
uno dei principali player
del settore energetico
mondiale, e negli ultimi anni
ha iniziato, in collaborazione
con EDISON, un’attività
dedicata all’ampliamento
della produzione di energia
elettrica, con costruzione
di centrali da 400 MW a
800 MW in Francia (Blenod,
Martigues, Monterau) e
Inghilterra (West Burton).
CARATTERISTICHE
DELL’IMPIANTO
I progetti delle centrali, per
la parte di alimentazione gas
metano, comprendono:
la costruzione di
più package preassemblati su skid
da interconnettere in
cantiere
la realizzazione degli
impianti elettrici di
alimentazione
il controllo degli
scambiatori elettrici con
una potenza che varia
da 52 KW a 960 KW.
VANTAGGI
Le centrali sono state
interamente progettate
e costruite secondo gli
standard Europei PED con
conseguente marchiatura
CE.
Sull’impianto che va ad
alimentare le turbine è stata
introdotta una struttura
automatizzata di controllo e
gestione della temperatura
in uscita, costituita da
un avanzato sistema di
regolazione PID tra gli
stadi SCR degli scambiatori
elettrici e i quadri di
comando.

REQUIREMENTS
CPL CONCORDIA is
constructing, at the sites
of Blenod e Martigues,
two preheating and
decompression units,
comprised of various
preassembled packages,
one of which is located near
the Belgian border, and the
other near Marseilles. The
operator of the plants is
the French company EDG,
while the engineering
will be coordinated by
the Italian joint-venture
company EDISON. The EDF
Group is one of the main
players in the world energy
market, and in the last
few years it has begun, in
collaboration with EDISON,
operations to expand
electricity production,
with the construction of
power plants with energy
production from 400 MW to
800 MW in France (Blenod,
Martigues, and Monterau)
and in Great Britain (West
Burton).
FEATURES OF THE
SYSTEM
With regard to methane
gas supply, the power plant
projects are comprised of:
the construction of
multiple preassembled
packages on skids to be
connected together at
the worksite
the construction of
electrical systems for
power supply
monitoring the electric
exchangers with power
from 52 KW to 960 KW.
the output temperature,
consisting of an advanced
system of PID regulation
between the SCR stages of
the electric exchangers and
the control panels.
ADVANTAGES
The power plants were
completely engineered and
constructed according to
European PED standards
with consequent CE
marking. Upon the system
that supplies the turbines
has been installed an
automated system for
monitoring and managing
