L’Auditorium realizzato su
progetto di Renzo Piano,
è il più grande complesso
di questo genere a livello
europeo e uno dei dieci più
importanti al mondo: sorge
su un area di 55.000 mq,
con 500.000 mc di edifici
coperti, 40.000 mq di piazze
e giardini e 42.000 mq di
servizi. Spiccano le tre sale
da 2.800, 1.200 e 700 posti
che, per la loro particolarità
costruttiva, costituiscono
tre grandi casse armoniche
con un assetto acustico e
illuminotecnico adattabile
alle più diverse necessità.
E’ evidente che una struttura
così complessa e articolata
necessita di una gestione
e manutenzione attenta,
esperta e mirata su tutta
l’impiantistica e nelle
stesse opere civili.
CARATTERISTICHE IMPIANTO
CPL CONCORDIA gestisce le opere
con la conduzione e manutenzione
preventiva degli impianti tecnologici,
degli ascensori, del verde e la
manutenzione conservativa delle
opere civili. La manutenzione gestita
da CPL CONCORDIA comprende:
impianti elettrici
e di climatizzazione
impianti antincendio
e impianti idrici
ascensori e montacarichi
manutenzione conservativa
opere civili
manutenzione delle aree verdi.

The Auditorium that was
built based on Renzo Piano’s
design is the largest complex
of its type in Europe and one
of the ten most important in
the world: it covers an area
of 55,000 square meters,
with 500,000 cubic meters
of covered space, 40,000
square meters of squares
and gardens, and 42,000
square meters of facilities.
There are three halls with
2,800, 1,200, and 700 seats
which, due to their special
construction, comprise three
large resonance chambers
with acoustics and technical
lighting that can be adapted
to an extremely diverse
range of needs.
It is clear that a structure
that is so complex and made
up of so many different
elements requires careful,
expert, and well-defined
management of all the
facilities and of the civil
works themselves.
FEATURES
OF THE FACILITIES
CPL CONCORDIA manages
