Il COMUNE DI SUVERETO ha istituito l’imposta di soggiorno esigibile da tutti coloro che pernottano nelle strutture
ricettive del territorio del Comune, con decorrenza 1 Aprile 2012. La finalità principale, mentre diminuiscono le risorse
assegnate ai comuni, è quella di assicurare ai nostri ospiti quei servizi che garantiscono una vera accoglienza: ufficio
informazioni, pulizia accurata del paese, apertura aree e monumenti d’interesse culturale, ecc. Questo sarà possibile
grazie al piccolo contributo che vi chiediamo.
La misura dell’imposta è stata stabilita dalla Giunta Comunale in un 1 euro al giorno per persona fino ad un massimo di
10 giorni di soggiorno. Sono esenti dal pagamento dell’imposta:
i minori entro il dodicesimo anno di età; i non residenti nel Comune di Suvereto che prestano attività lavorativa
presso qualsiasi struttura ricettiva e le gite scolastiche. L’imposta non si applica per un soggiorno superiore a 10 ( dieci )
giorni, a partire dal 11 giorno. L’imposta non si applica per i soggiorni che avvengono dal 1 novembre al 31 marzo.
Pertanto, se i gentili ospiti dovessero verificare discrepanze tra il prezzo del soggiorno annunciato al momento della
prenotazione e quello realmente praticato, ciò è da attribuirsi alla istituzione nel frattempo intervenuta dell’imposta
suddetta.
La riscossione di tale imposta è stata da noi interamente demandata alle strutture turistico-recettive presenti all’interno
del territorio comunale le quali, il mese successivo al vostro soggiorno, provvederanno a versare al Comune l’intera
imposta da voi pagata. Ce ne scusiamo con i nostri ospiti e auguriamo loro un ottimo soggiorno a Suvereto.

The MUNICIPALITY OF SUVERETO has introduced a Visitors’ Tax to be paid by all persons staying overnight at any hotel,
guest house or other tourist accommodation on the Municipality’s territory. The tax will be levied from 1st April 2012. The
main purpose of this tax is to make good the Municipality’s curtailed resources and thus enable us to continue to provide
our guests with all those services that ensure them a pleasant stay, such as: the tourist information office, the thorough
cleanliness of the town, the opening and maintenance of monuments and places of cultural interest etc. All this we shall
be able to provide thanks to your small contribution. The Town Council has set this tax at €1 per person per day for the
first ten days of their stay, no tax will be levied for any additional days. Minors below the age of twelve shall be exempt,
as will be non-residents who work for the hotels etc mentioned above. Participants in school outings are also exempt.
The tax will not apply to stays between 1st November and 31 March.
We wish to draw visitors’ attention to the fact that any discrepancy between the room price quoted at time of booking and
the amount actually due may be attributable to this recently introduced Visitors’ Tax. We have authorised the
managements of the hotels etc to collect this tax on our behalf. Its entire amount will be transferred to the Municipality
during the month subsequent to your stay.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and wish our welcome guests a very pleasant stay in Suvereto.

Die Gemeinde SUVERETO hat gemäß Art. 4 des gesetzesvertretenden Dekrets Nr. 23 vom 14.03.2011 eine
Aufenthaltssteuer eingeführt, die ab dem 1. April 2012 von allen in Suvereto und Umgebung übernachtenden Gästen zu
entrichten ist. Aus Haushaltsgründen sehen wir uns gezwungen, oben genannte Abgabe einzuführen. Denn auch in
Zukunft möchten wir unseren Gästen einen guten Service während ihres Aufenthaltes in Suvereto anbieten, wie z.B.
Fachkräfte im Informationsbüro, in den Museen und anderen öffentlichen Einrichtungen sowie sorgfältige und
regelmäßige Reinigung der Stadt sicher stellen, vielfältiges Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung stellen usw. Dies können
wir nur durch die Einführung dieser Abgabe sichern.
Die Höhe der Aufenthaltssteuer, die nur für die ersten 10 Tage eines jeden Aufenthaltes erhoben wird, wurde vom
Gemeinderat auf 1 Euro pro Tag und Person festgesetzt. Kinder und Jugendliche bis 12 Jahre sowie Schulklassen sind
nicht abgabepflichtig. Bei Aufenthalten über 10 Tage wird ab dem 11. Tag keine Steuer mehr erhoben. Die
Aufenthaltssteuer wird in der Zeit vom 1. November bis 31. März nicht eingezogen. Diesbezüglich haben wir die
Hoteliers, Bed-&-Breakfast- und Agriturismo-Betreiber beauftragt, die Abgabe im Namen der Gemeinde einzuziehen und
sie jeweils im darauffolgenden Monat an die Gemeinde vollständig abzuführen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Steuer
nicht in dem von Ihnen vereinbarten Preis für die Unterkunft enthalten ist.
Wir bitten unsere Gäste um Verständnis, dass wir diese Abgabe einführen mussten und wünschen allen einen schönen
Aufenthalt in Suvereto.
