Esperienza molto positiva sotto ogni aspetto. L'offerta didattica e le competenze svilppate sono
complementari e ben assortite.
Indica quali sono state le principali differenze con il sistema accademico Bocconi (rapporto con i
docenti, qualità della didattica, procedure amministrative, qualità delle informazioni)/
Please list the main differences with Bocconi’s academic system (relation with the professors,
teaching quality, administrative procedures, quality of information).
Le classi sono piu' piccole, il rapporto coi docenti piu' diretto e gli esami piu' "empirici" e meno
teorici. L'amministrazione e' meno burocratizzata, data anche la ridotta dimensione dell'ateneo.
Tesi di laurea: descrivi come hai gestito il rapporto con i docenti italiani e stranieri e le tempistiche
di svolgimento del lavoro/Thesis: please describe how you have managed the relationship with
Italian and foreign professors and the timing for completing the work.
La tesi deve essere completata con tempistiche differenti dalla Bocconi. I docenti italiani e stranieri si
sono dimostrati molto disponibili e non ho riscontrato alcun problema di coordinamento.
Hai usufruito dei servizi dell’Università Partner (servizi ad hoc per studenti stranieri, career
service…)? / Have you used the services at the Partner University (“ad hoc” services for foreign
students, career service…)?
Ho usufruito in particolar modo dei servizi di housing, dato che trovare alloggio a Stoccolma in altro
modo e' molto complesso. L'associazione studentesca locale e' molto attiva nel gestire un efficiente
career service e numerose attivita'.
L'università partner ti ha dato la possibilità di sostenere un corso di lingua? Se si, quale?/Did you
have the opportunity to attend a language course at the Partner University? If yes, which one?
L'universita' offre la possibilita' di seguire corsi di svedese.

Ho seguito i seguenti corsi: M&A: Financial aspects, Investment management, Behavioral finance,
Quantitative business models
Accommodation: spiega le opzioni di alloggio possibili (appartamento privato,
Pensionato/residenza universitaria, etc.), come hai trovato l’alloggio, i costi indicativi ed eventuali
consigli/Accomodation : please explain the various housing options (private apartment , University
Dormitory), how you found the accomodation, costs and suggestions.
Consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi alla responsabile dell'housing dell'universita', che consiglierà di
volta in volta soluzioni "personalizzate" per soggiorni che non coincidano con la durata del semestre.
I principali residence offerti dall'universita' possono essere trovati all'indirizzo
http://www.hhs.se/Education/Housing/Pages/default.aspx Consiglio vivamente uno dei primi
tre. I costi variano dai 500 agli 800 euro al mese per una camera singola.
Costo della vita: costi indicativi di viaggio, trasporti in città, pasti, assicurazione ecc./Living costs:
indicative costs for flight tickets, local transports, meals, travel insurance
Stoccolma è molto cara, soprattutto per quanto riguarda trasporti, cibo e bevande. Non mancano però
sconti per studenti e under 25 in generale. Fatevi consigliare da studenti del luogo.
Hai svolto un internship? SI
Se sì, dove? If yes, for which company, institution? Uno a Londra in investment banking
immediatamente prima di iniziare l'esperienza di Double Degree e una a New York in asset
managemet dopo il primo semestre a Stoccolma.

The Stockholm School of Economics provides a large international academic network, a campus to live and learn and a state‐of‐the‐art research with innovative training. It is noteworthy that the School, as a leading innovator, has always ensured the appropriate resources to achieve its goals at an international level: by encouraging training in line with the internationalization of economics and management; by encouraging exchanges and partnerships in a number of different countries therefore enabling a cross‐cultural approach to management. In more than 100 years of history, SSE has always shown a strong leadership and the ability to anticipate participant’s and corporation’s needs over the long term. By creating small classes, it enhances deep personal interactions between the students and the professors; the focus on group work allows the students to fortify interpersonal skills; case studies and relationships with the business community provide better insights to the future we will face after completing our educations. Yes. The career service well organized, and there are several consulting firms and banks associated with SSE. The fact that there are not so many students helps a lot, because there is more time and occasions to have one‐to‐one ad hoc services with the human resources. The School, from September to November, organizes networking events with the top international companies on a daily basis. The SSE helped us to find an apartment in Stockholm. The location was amazing, one of the most famous places in all over the Sweden. There is also the option to rent an apartment within the University dorms but I strongly suggest to look for a private solution.
