We are proud to share our handmade Italian cuisine with you
today. Our tomato sauce starts with Italian San Marzano tomatoes. Our meats come from LaPlatte River Angus Farm,
Adams Farm, and VT Heritage Grazers. Mozzarella for our
wood fired pizza is handmade daily from local cheese curd.
This time of year, we use as much produce from these farms as
possible: Jericho Settlers’ Farm, Trillium Hill Farm, and other
local growers. Please enjoy!
