È la struttura di Fontanafredda dedicata all’accoglienza turistico-ricettiva.
La Tenuta è visitabile ogni giorno dell’anno, offrendo ai suoi ospiti il calore
di un’accoglienza accurata e tante occasioni per vivere momenti di relax
in un territorio unico, divenuto “Patrimonio Mondiale dell’Unesco”.
Le attività che si possono svolgere nella tenuta sono:

Open to visitors every day of the year, the estate offers tourists a warm and

ottocentesche, considerate tra le 100 più belle al mondo, destinate
ancora oggi all’affinamento dei grandi vini rossi delle Langhe, primo

La Cantina del Re, la Rotonda Mirafiore, le botti da 140 ettolitri della
Cantina Cattedrale, le vasche in cemento del 1887 e i fermentini

Cellars
This is a picturesque tour through majestic nineteenth-century
cellars which are considered to be among the finest 100 in the
world, and which are still used today for the ageing of the great red
wines of the Langhe, of which first and foremost are Barolo.
The King’s Cellar, the Mirafiore Rotunda, the vast Cathedral Cellar,
the concrete tanks built in 1887 and the steel fermenters: the secrets
of Fontanafredda and Mirafiore wines and their well-known history.

Ha sede in un edificio storico all’interno della tenuta, è il luogo che
accoglie il visitatore in un ampio e luminoso spazio che raggruppa:
- la Bottega del Vino, che propone in vendita i vini e gli spumanti
Fontanafredda, oltre ai prodotti enogastronomici delle aziende e
cantine Vino Libero di Eataly;
- la Libreria con i volumi in vendita e in consultazione;
- il Teatro della Fondazione, un’originale struttura dove si può
gratuitamente partecipare a lezioni di vario genere, volte a risvegliare
lo spirito critico e a promuovere la crescita culturale, in un ambiente
ludico e piacevole;
- l’Osteria Disguido, aperta tutti i giorni a pranzo (a cena solo per
gruppi), è il luogo ideale dove assaporare pranzi tradizionali, colazioni
di lavoro, merende e degustazioni di vini.

It is established in a large and bright building aimed at welcoming
visitors into the estate. It is composed of:
- the Wine-Shop where Fontanafredda and Mirafiore wines and
sparkling wines as well as the speciality food/wines of the other
Vino Libero producers can be purchased. There is also a good
selection of Eataly Products;
- the Book Store with books available to buy and for consultation;
- the original Theatre of the Foundation with free participation in
the different events organized to develop the critical sensibility and
cultural knowledge in an informal and enjoyable atmosphere;
- the Osteria Disguido – open every day for lunch and dinner for
groups only – it is the perfect place to organize traditional lunches,
business meals, snacks and wine-tastings.

Fontanafredda ha stretto una collaborazione con la famiglia Alciati,
proprietaria dello storico e prestigioso Ristorante Guido, dal 2013
trasferito nella splendida cornice ottocentesca della Villa Reale.
Tutte le sale sono state completamente restaurate, riportando alla luce
i bellissimi pavimenti in cotto e i magnifici soffitti affrescati.
In un ambiente esclusivo ed elegante, lo chef Ugo Alciati e il fratello
Piero, enologo e maître di sala, sapranno regalare ai loro ospiti
un’esperienza unica, offrendo una cucina di tradizione, di stagione e
di memoria.

Fontanafredda takes pride in its association with the Alciati family,
owner of the prestigious and historic Ristorante Guido. In 2013, the
Alciati family moved to the splendid 19th-century setting of the
Royal Villa, at the heart of the Fontanafredda estate.
All the rooms have been completely restored, bringing the beautiful
terracotta floorings and magnificent frescoed ceilings back to their
original glorious form.
In this exclusive, stylish setting, chef Ugo Alciati and his brother Piero,
winemaker and maître, treat their guests to a unique experience,
offering the traditional, seasonal cuisine of days gone by.

e vetro in stile liberty di fronte al lago dei cigni, nel parco della tenuta.
Molto luminoso, è l’ambiente ideale per cerimonie, cene di gala,
attività di team building, sfilate ed eventi e può essere allestito con
tavoli e posti seduti fino a 240 coperti.

The Lake Pavilion is a glass and steel pavilion facing Swan Lake in
the grounds of the estate. This bright setting can be set up with
tables and chairs to hold up to 240 people and is the perfect location
for ceremonies, gala dinners, team building activities, fashion shows
and other events.

risalente ai primi anni del Novecento.
Gli arredi, i tessuti, gli accostamenti dei colori sono una sintesi di

Per chi arriva con l’autostrada Piacenza-Torino (A21) l’uscita consigliata
è quella di Asti Est, per poi proseguire sull’autostrada A33 in direzione
Cuneo. La A33 si trasforma poi in una superstrada che, costeggiando
Alba in direzione Barolo-Monforte, conduce allo svincolo per Serralunga
d’Alba.
Per chi arriva con l’autostrada Torino-Savona (A6) l’uscita consigliata
è quella di Cherasco. Si deve proseguire sulla statale in direzione Bra
per poi deviare a destra in direzione Alba. Alla rotonda di Pollenzo si
svolta a destra e si prosegue sulla statale Roddi-Grinzane-Alba fino a
incontrare la deviazione per Serralunga-Barolo.

To get to Fontanafredda from the A21 Piacenza-Turin motorway,
take the Asti-Est exit and then the A33 motorway towards Cuneo.
The A33 motorway turns into a toll-free motorway; keep going and
follow the signs towards Barolo-Monforte until the turning off for
Serralunga d’Alba.
From the A6 Turin-Savona motorway, take the Cherasco exit and
follow the road towards Bra until you see a turning off to the right
signposted Alba. In Pollenzo, turn right again at the roundabout,
and follow the road Roddi-Grinzane-Alba until the turning off for
Serralunga d’Alba-Barolo.
