from the a la carte menu.
Cappesante con pancetta cotta in bassa

Seared scallops with slow cooked pork belly and schiacciata
Fegato di pollo arrostito in tegame con
marmellata d’uva, pancetta e rucola
Pan roasted chicken liver with grape jam, pancetta and rocket
Salmone marinato con liquirizia e brandy, gelatina al basilico,
arancia e mousse di mascarpone e limone (gf)
Liquorice and brandy cured salmon with basil jelly
and orange and mascarpone lemon mousse
Maiale farcito in crosta di rosmarino, pomodori
& funghi, salsa al finocchio e demi glace al vino
rosso. funghi, con patate e peperoni (lf)
Rolled pork stuffed with mushrooms and tomato,
fennel puree and caramelised walnuts. Served with
potatoes from the oven and sweet peppers
Pesce spada con vongole e gambero rosso,
zucchine, riso al limone e basilico (gf)
Swordfish with clams, red shrimp, courgette
ribbons, lemon and basil ricea
