The school of cooking, organized by the chef
Dede, sometimes organizes lessons learning
the secrets of Sicilian cuisine, linked to
traditions, folklore and taste.
The courses are held in Italian with the help
of an interpreter for the English language.
• The lesson of one day is organized for a
minimum of 6 and a maximum of 15
people.
• Program: by appointment with the chef
in the hotel lobby Katane Palace.
You can reach the "fish"in Catania, folk
and unique. It makes spending the day,
sharing tastes and freshness of our sea,
claimed to be fishermen and
fishmongers.
