Una sospensione del ceppo test miscelata con la sostanza interferente è stata essiccata su un
vetrino da orologio ed immersa in una beuta contenente la soluzione test del prodotto in
esame, degasata in vasca ad ultrasuoni. La beuta è stata trasferita nella vasca ad ultrasuoni e
gli ultrasuoni sono stati attivati per il tempo di contatto indicato. L’efficacia del sistema
soluzione test di prodotto – trattamento ad ultrasuoni è stata determinata mediante
confronto del numero di colonie recuperate dai vetrini immersi nelle beute contenenti il
prodotto e dai vetrini immersi in beute contenenti soluzione fisiologica (bianco di
riferimento).
A suspension of the test strain mixed with the interfering substance was dried on a watchglass
and immersed in a flask containing the test solution the product concerned without gas in the
ultrasound tank. The flask was transferred in the ultrasonic tank and ultrasounds have been
enabled for the contact time recommended. The effectiveness of the product test solution –
ultrasonic treatment was determined by comparing the number of colonies recovered from slides
immersed in flasks containing the product and slides in flasks containing saline (white).

Il prodotto test, quando testato nella diluizione d’uso prevista del 1% nella vasca ad ultrasuoni ZETA
SONIC, soddisfa i requisiti della norma di riferimento EN 14562 (abbattimento logaritmico ≥ 4),
ovvero presenta attività fungicida nei confronti delle spore del ceppo test Aspergillus niger ATCC
16404, per il tempo di contatto di 15 minuti.
The test product, when tested in using dilution of 1% in the ultrasonic tank ZETA SONIC, complies with
the requirements of the reference standard EN 14562 (logarithmic reduction ≥ 4, or has fungicidal
activity against spores of the test strain Aspergillus niger ATCC 16404, for the contact time of 15 minutes.
