SELECTION PROCEDURE
The selection will be made according to the Erasmus + formula
(0,7x M)+(0,3x R) x 30
Where:
M = weighted average number, as recorded on ESSE3 system, at the deadline of the
Erasmus + Call;
R = earned credits, as recorded on ESSE3 system, at the deadline of the of the Erasmus
+ Call except AP activities; / credits needed for the first semester of enrollment year, as
reported in the Student’s guide;
R factor Numerator (achieved credits) is the sum of all earned credits as recorded on the
career at the deadline of the Erasmus + Call;
Denominator of R factor (needed credits for the first semester of the enrollment year),
examples:

For a student enrolled in the first year of a degree course, the denominator
factor R will correspond to half of the number credits needed for the first year
For a student enrolled in the second year of a degree course, the denominator
factor R will correspond to the sum of the number credits needed for the first
year, plus the half of the number credits needed for the second year.
Grades or credits achieved after the deadline will not be considered.

For all exams passed and not yet registered in the system, please, ask the involved

FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Erasmus grant is composed of one or two of the following items:
- an EU monthly contribution;
- a monthly contribution from the University.
Regarding the EU monthly contribution, The Ministry of Education , University and
Research established for the academic year 2015/2016 the following amounts:
Austria , Finland, France, Norway, Sweden
€ 280 per month
Belgium , Czech Republic , Iceland, Germany, Greece , Portugal,
Slovenia , Spain, Turkey , Hungary, Latvia , Lithuania, Malta ,
Romania, Poland, Slovakia
€ 230 per month
- Second cycle Students that, according to the Erasmus + formula, will achieve a score
= or > than 23
Will receive:
a further monthly contribution from the University, amounting € 300 per month
The students, if selected by the Departments, for the participation to a Double
Degree programme:
• Global entrepreneurship economics and management;
• Biomedical Sciences;
• Mathematics;
• Physics;
• Lingue moderne per la comunicazione e la cooperazione internazionale
will be automatically included in the Erasmus ranking for the places available,
and will received a further monthly contribution from the University, amounting
€ 400 per month.
