Entities/organizations do not always correspond to the
identified systems but systems correspond to the functions.
Advantages:
1) Modularity: we can identify the different systems
according to the structure of institutions in different
countries
2) Modifiability: we can easily modify systems associated
to a specific institution
3) We can aggregate the different systems for Test phase
(very useful for implementation of Pilot App)

•Each partner puts the diagrams according to their own
skills and effort-time for this task
•The use case diagrams will be a subset of those defined

Test phase - We are collecting information about the
sensors (ETG srl) present in the region and in particular:
•How can you interface directly with sensors for data
retrieval?
the sensors are connected to an external acquisition processing,
storage and transmission (data logger) unit, through standard
interfaces:
-analogical 0-1V, 4-20mA
-serial RS232 / RS485
-counters

•How can you decode the data?
For security reasons, and management of the civil protection service is
not possible to interface to the radio network directly (systems
engineering design choice), is like a VPN
•How can you interface with your software (called Winnet6)
for data retrieval (WebService, REST, etc ..)?
All data are stored on a relational database (Microsoft SQL). We can
export them in different ways (scheduled tasks, ftp, web services, ...)
•How can you add a new sensor in real time?
It depends on the type of sensor and where it wants to integrate them;
any way it needs for a specific design
