Neckband: With 16" circular needle in smaller size and RS facing, beg at right shoulder pick up and knit 27 (27, 29) sts across back neck, 11 (11, 12) sts along left front neck, 17 (17, 19) sts across center front, and 11 (11, 12) sts along right front neck – 66 (66, 72) sts. Pm and join for working in the rnd. Next rnd: Purl. Rib rnd: *K3, p3; rep from *. Rep the rib rnd until neckband meas 1½" from pick up rnd. BO all sts loosely in rib. Sew tops of sleeves to armholes. Sew sleeve seams, sewing upper sleeve selvedges to armhole BO notches. Sew side seams, leaving 2" open at each lower edge for side slits.
