Panotec has been showing for some time
a strong interest in the box manufacturing sector, where their diecutters actually
find their ideal application, especially because consumers increasingly require
just-in-time deliveries and the possibility
to carry out any lay-out, even single pieces.
In order to meet the growing demand for
product short runs, a special very flexible line
has been purposely designed for box factories.
It is based on very innovative and revolutionary concepts, ensuring highest flexibility and
allowing to develop custmized boxes of any
shapes and dimensions, such as FEFCO standard boxes or special tailor-made ones in
order to meet the customer’s needs.
As a matter of fact, the possibility to perform both transversal and longitudinal cutting and score cut slitting allows to flexibly
manufacture boxes of various shapes, even
asymmetric ones. All Panotec machines can
equally process board with non-stop feeding
as well as board and sheets with manual or
automatic feeding. Thicknesses can vary
from single flute, microflute upto double BC
flute board. Due to the presence of an optimizing software system and to the possibility to automatically rotate the packagings
to increase the number of deliveries for each
packaging according to the size of the sheet,
waste can be minimized.

ERO® GLUING SYSTEM & QUALITY
CONTROL IN CINA AT SINO
FOLDING CARTON BEJING
ERO® attended the edition Sino Folding
Carton 2011 that took place in Bejing China
last 6-8 july showing its gluing systems
and all the quality control devices for foldergluer machines. In this occasion ERO®
presented the glue detector system, the
bar code reader and the Braille detector.
ERO® produces this system after many
years of studies in the field.
The quality controls are driven by a 12” touch
screen, that using icons and drawings, is very
easy use and understandable. The Italian
company is studying and following the cardboard field for many years and it responds
to requests of its customers and market
needs always in time. In the last months, in
addition to the high pressure gluing system,
camera glue detector for foldergluer and bar
code reader; the quality control for finester
and the glue detector for glue wheels from
underneath were introduced and they were
very well accepted from customers. Thanks
to its reliable gluing systems and quality
