möglich. Auslauf direkt vom Hotel in den Wald. Dogtoilet ca. 100 m
entfernt. Bellende und schlechterzogene Hunde sowie nicht organisierte
Herrchen sind leider nicht Willkommen. Es gibt eine limitierte Anzahl an
Hunden die wir zeitgleich aufnehmen.

Dogs: Our hotel is pet friendly. Dogs can be housed by prior arrangement
(price € 28 per day without food including bowl and dogbed). Dogs are
allowed in the MIRAMONTI Stube, in the Lounge and on the terrace.
Leashes are obligatory on the whole property. A dogtoilet can be found
about 100 meters away. Barking dogs, excessive bad and unorganized
Masters are not welcome. Please understand, the number of dogs may
also be limited.
Outdoor whirlpool: available in one Superior room on the 2nd floor
and in one double room Deluxe, € 20,00 per day.
Late check out: € 40,00 per room, you can leave the room in the evening and use the hotel facilities (check availability).
Arrival/departure: Check-in 3 p.m., Check-out 11 a.m. GPS-Coordinates: East: 11°12’32’ North: 46°38’59’’ Transfer services on arrival
and departure day (Merano train station or Merano heliport).
Cancellation: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers‘
Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: Your reservation is free of charge up to
2 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit of 25% of the total amount will be
refunded minus a processing fee of € 30,00. 2 weeks to 4 days before
the arrival we will charge the deposit of 25% of the total amount. For
short-term cancellation, as well as for late arrival and early departure
we will charge 80% of the total amount. Not consumed meals can not
be refunded.
Deposit: At the moment of booking we ask for a deposit of 25% of the total

Cancellation fee: In addition to the payment confirmation, you have
the option to choose the advantageous cancellation fee. To avoid late
or non-arrival or early departure fees due to illness or other justified
reasons, we recommend: A cancellation fee of € 5.00 per person / per
day (must be booked directly through us). We can also recommend the
holiday insurance for European travel, which can easily be booked on
the Internet.
