For this year’s edition of the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair, the Puglia Best
Wine Consortium, which is composed by five
of Apulia’s most important wine producers,
will organize a Workshop dedicated to two of
its most renowned indigenous red varieties:
Negroamaro and Primitivo.
This journey to the discovery of Southern
Italy’s great red wines will take place in three stages: it will begin with fresh and fruity reds, it will continue with full-bodied and
long-lasting reds, and it will end with the
firms’ flagship wines. This event will also offer a great opportunity to sample some of the
best wines produced by the Consortium’s five
firms, in a walk-around tasting format: from
red to white and naturally sweet wines. Finally, the red wines tasted throughout the event
will be offered once more during dinner, paired with the finest dishes of Chinese cuisine.
It would be our honour to have you as our

masterpieces of a veritable “viticultural
continent”.
