Dalla ristrutturazione di un’antica stalla
sulla sommità del pittoresco villaggio di
Valnontey, nasce verso la fine degli anni ’60
l’HOTEL HERBETET.
Completamente ristrutturato, si colloca come
base ideale per le escursioni nel Parco Nazionale
del Gran Paradiso, alla scoperta della ricca
fauna e flora alpina.

At the end of the sixties, the small cattleshed
situated at the top of the quaint village of
Valnontey became a charming and comfortable hotel, thanks to a great renovation.
The hotel, which has been completely renovated during the last year, is the ideal starting
point of the many walkings into the heart of
the Gran Paradiso National Park.

Le style rustique de montagne, simple mais
extrêmement soigné, caractérise l’ameublement des 21 chambres de l’hôtel, qui sont
toutes pourvues de WC, douche, téléphone
et TV. Suite à la récente restauration, toutes
les chambres sont enrichies d’un balcon
panoramique qui offre une vue extraordinaire soit sur les massifs du Grand Paradis soit
sur les jolies vallées de Cogne et Gimillan.
Deux chambres situées au premier étage
sont complètement équipées pour l’accès
des personnes handicapées.

Le 21 stanze arredate in stile rustico, con
gusto e semplicità, sono provviste di servizi
privati, telefono e TV.
Dalla recente ristrutturazione tutte le camere
del nostro hotel hanno un balcone panoramico,
con vista sulla catena del Gran Paradiso
o sulle vallate di Cogne e Gimillan.
Due camere situate al primo piano sono
appositamente predisposte per l’accesso
a persone disabili.
All our rooms are equipped with private
facilities, shower, hairdryer, telephone and
TV. The 21 rooms are cosy and comfortable, with the typical mountain furniture
characterized by the presence of wood and
the warm and coloured quilts which give
a touch of alpine elegance. Thanks to the
recent renovation, all the rooms are provided with a panoramic balcony which offers
a breathtaking view on the Gran Paradiso
chain or on Cogne and Gimillan Valleys.

Grâce à la récente restauration, nos clients
pourront bénéficier de l’utilisation d’un petit
espace bien-être, embellit par une précieuse
boiserie en bois ancien, pourvu d’un sauna à
rayons infrarouges, d’une zone relax, cyclette
et tapis roulant. A côté du petit espace bienêtre une grande salle au décor chaleureux et
accueillant pourvue d’une TV LCD, d’un
lecteur DVD, d’une position Internet et
offre la possibilité d’effectuer des projections
photos. Le déhors panoramique ainsi que le
solarium offrent une vue époustoufflante sur la
chaîne du Grand Paradis.

Dalla recente ristrutturazione i nostri ospiti
avranno a disposizione una piccola zona
benessere, completamente rivestita in legno
vecchio, provvista di sauna ad infrarossi, area
relax, cyclette, tapis roulant. Accanto alla
zona benessere, apprezzerete una calda ed
accogliente sala dotata di TV LCD, lettore
DVD, Internet Point, con la possibilità di
proiettare fotografie. Il bel déhors panoramico e
l’attrezzato solarium offrono una vista
mozzafiato sulla catena del Gran Paradiso.
New rooms have been added after the recent
renovation. Our guests will have at their
disposal a small spa, enriched with an ancient
wainscoting, with an infrared sauna, cyclette,
tapis roulant and relax area. Nearby the small
spa, wide and cosy room equipped with a large
LCD TV, DVD player and Internet point.
The panoramic terrace and the solarium offer
a wonderful view on the Gran Paradiso chain.

Notre restaurant, qui peut être fréquenté
même par les personnes qui ne logent pas à
l’hôtel, propose des spécialités délicieuses de
la cuisine valdôtaine et internationale. Nous
aurons un grand plaisir à suggérer et conseiller à nos clients le mariage parfait entre
vin et mets.... Les clients pourront déguster
toutes nos spécialités à l’intérieur de la salle
restaurant ou bien à l’extérieur, sur la terrasse
panoramique. Dans la salle restaurant l’on
sert le riche petit déjeuner à buffet ainsi que
les repas, avec un menu qui change tous les
jours, selon l’inspiration et le goût des chefs.

Il nostro ristorante propone deliziose
specialità, sia della cucina tipica valdostana
sia della cucina internazionale. Tutti i piatti
vengono accompagnati da un’accurata selezione
di vini, valdostani ed italiani. I nostri ospiti
riceveranno informazioni e suggerimenti
sull’abbinamento tra vino e cibo... e potranno
degustare le nostre specialità sia nella sala
interna, sia sulla terrazza panoramica.
All’interno della sala ristorante viene servita,
la ricca colazione a buffet e la cena, con menù
che varia ogni giorno seguendo la fantasia
e l’ispirazione degli chef.

bottle among our fine selection of Italian
