Performance Oriented Seminar for CrossFit® Competitors
This seminar is designed for athletes and coaches of athletes of any
level, interested in competing in CrossFit® competitions – whether
local competitions or official CrossFit® competitions such as the
Throwdowns, Open, Regionals or the CrossFit® Games. This is an
advanced seminar that builds on the CrossFit® methodology and
movement technique, focuses on all the aspects of the necessary
training for an upcoming competition: warm-up, programming,
mental preparation, movement techniques and workout analysis.

Gymnastic Fundamentals
This seminar covers basic, intermediate and advanced gymnastics
movements with practical application in accordance with the
participants and coaches’ performance of all the presented
movements. Attenders are expected to learn who to apply gymnastics
principles while training themselves and others to increase strength
development, core control and spatial awareness – all of which
improve CrossFit® performance.

Powerlifting Seminar
The focus of the seminar is on the three major lifts: back squat,
deadlift and bench press, although instruction is applicable to all
strength training. The course also includes a number of assistance
exercises (Box Squat, Press, Sled, etc...). All presented methods can
be used with CrossFit® to help increase one’s overall fitness.

Strongman Training Basics
This seminar is dedicated to athletes and coaches who want become
more proficient with strongman movements. Participants learn to
lift Atlas stones, carry a yoke and farmers handles, flip tires, and
clean and press odd objects such as a log, keg, anvil or stone at their
relative level of strength. Additional topics discussed include how to
incorporate these movements into CrossFit® workouts.

This seminar is a hands-on, movement-theory-based workshop in
which coaches and athletes are exposed to the principles of R2FTM
movement and mobility method of preventing injury and optimizing

errors that can cause injury and reduce an athlete’s speed, power,
endurance and strength.

The ability to protect yourself and your loved ones is a skill that
everyone wants to have. The seminar is designed to give useful
instruments to keep in the “tool box” in case of a bad situation (no
one wants to face the bad guy… but you need to do something in case
it happens). It covers (both in theory and practice): Awareness, Fear
Management and Self-Efficacy, all useful in the Self Defense field.
It explains the changes generated by fear in the body and which
movements can (or can’t) work under high stress. It covers the
analogy with the CrossFit® methodology.
