This is an advanced seminar that builds on the CrossFit® methodology and movement technique, focuses on all the aspects of the necessary training for an upcoming competition: warm-up, programming, mental preparation, movement techniques and workout analysis. The course also includes a number of assistance exercises (Box Squat, Press, Sled, etc...). All presented methods can be used with CrossFit® to help increase one’s overall fitness.
