temi della green economy e del risparmio energetico.
Samaref pensa ai professionisti delle cucine di tutto il mondo
consapevole che l’alta efficienza significa minori emissioni di CO2
nell’atmosfera e risparmio reale in termini economici.
Il frigorifero è l’unica apparecchiatura elettrica costantemente
accesa all’interno di una cucina professionale ed è facile dedurre
come un minor consumo si trasformi in un risparmio sulle
bollette. Mese dopo mese, anno dopo anno, si accumulerà un
vantaggio nei confronti di chi non abbia fatto la scelta di sostituire

ZENIT by Samaref, this line of refrigerated cabinets was created
especially focusing on green economy and energy savings.
Samaref keeps in mind kitchen professionals, from all round the world,
always aware that high efficiency results in lower CO2 emissions in the
atmosphere and in real monetary savings.
The refrigerator is the only appliance that is constantly kept running in a
professional kitchen, so it is easy to understand that lower consumption
means savings on electricity bills. Replacing an old generation appliance
with a new one will result in an economic advantage, month after
month, year after year.

IL RISPARMIO
È CERTIFICATO.
Samaref è associata a CECED Italia (Associazione Nazionale
Produttori di Apparecchi Elettrodomestici e Professionali) che ha
attuato il progetto relativo all’etichettatura energetica volontaria
per il settore professionale, un progetto tutto italiano che
anticipa quella che sarà la futura normativa europea in materia di
regolamentazione dei consumi.
Il consumo energetico è stato testato secondo un protocollo di
prova che simula la normale attività degli apparecchi frigoriferi
nelle cucine professionali. I risultati raggiunti sono stati certificati
presso i laboratori indipendenti di IMQ.

CERTIFIED SAVINGS.
Samaref is affiliated with CECED Italia (National Committee of
Manufacturers of Electrical Domestic and Professional Equipment),
which implemented the project related to voluntary energy labelling in
the professional sector, an entirely Italian project anticipating the future
European standard in terms of consumption regulation.
Energy consumption was tested according to a test protocol simulating
the standard operation of refrigeration appliances in professional
kitchens. Results obtained were certified by IMQ independent
laboratories.
L’Etichetta per la Classificazione Energetica (E.C.E.), composta da 8
livelli, attribuisce alla linea ZENIT la certificazione del risparmio sia
energetico che economico in classe 7 e 8.
La seguente tabella, indica il risparmio che si può ottenere
confrontando il consumo energetico di un frigorifero di vecchia
e uno di nuova generazione, dopo un anno e dopo tre anni. Tale
risorsa può essere investita per far crescere il proprio business nel
settore Ho.re.ca.
The Energy Classification label (E.C.E.), divided into 8 levels, grants the
ZENIT line the 7 and 8 class certifications, in terms of both energy and
monetary savings.
The following table shows the savings that can be obtained, by comparing
the energy consumption of an old generation refrigerator with a new one,
after one and three years. Such a resource can be invested in order to
develop business in the Ho.re.ca. sector.

Nazionale per le nuove tecnologie, l’energia e lo sviluppo economico
sostenibile) e dello schema di classificazione energetica predisposto
da CECED Italia (Associazione Nazionale Produttori di Apparecchi
Domestici e Professionali). I valori riportati mostrano il risparmio
energetico potenziale ottenuto attraverso la comparazione di frigoriferi
e freezer professionali in classe 1 con apparecchi Samaref in classe 7 e 8
(costo energia: 0,19 €/kWh). L’E.C.E., ovvero l’ Etichetta Classificazione
Energetica realizzata da CECED Italia, prevede 8 classi di efficienza
energetica in ordine crescente

scheme defined by CECED Italia (National Committee of Manufacturers
of Electrical Domestic and Professional Equipment). Values mentioned show
the potential energy savings obtained by comparing Class 1 professional
refrigerators and freezers with class 7 and 8 Samaref appliances (cost of
energy: 0,19 €/kWh). The E.C.E., the Energy Classification Label, made by
CECED Italia has defined 8 energy efficiency classes, in ascending order.

Zenit refrigerated cabinets quickly recover the
temperature and ensure total freedom in food
arrangement and its optimal conservation.
In addition, the freezers (Zenit BT) are equipped
with hot gas defrosting system, for the perfect
preservation of the freshness and quality of food.
