Average Zufriedenstellend Moyen Sufficiente FOR THE CHARTERER If there is any doubt about the yacht, her equipment, systems etc., please list below your remarks before signing. The yacht has to be redelivered with fuel and water tanks in the same level as on delivery. Yacht and equipment must be returned in the same condition as on delivery. Cabin, safety and galley items are provided for all crew members. I certify that I take over the yacht and her equipent in good working condition without any doubt, except the remarks listed above. FÜR DEN CHARTERER Bitte prüfen Sie bevor Sie unterschreiben, ob die Yacht samt Einrichtung Mängel aufweist. Wenn ja, bitte hier auflisten: Bei der Rückgabe der Benzin- und die Wassertanks sollten auf dem gleichen Stand gefüllt sein wie bei der Übernahme. Die Yacht und die Ausrüstung sollten in dem gleichen Zustand wie bei der Übernahme zurückgegeben werden. Kajüten, Sicherheits und Küchenartikel sind für alle Crewmitglieder vorhanden. Ich bestätige, dass ich die Yacht und die Ausrüstung in einwandfreiem Zustand übernehme (außer der oben angegebenen Mängel). Le bateau doit être livré avec les niveaux de fuel et de l’eau au même niveau que lors de la prise en main. Le bateau et ses équipements doivent être rendus dans la même état que celui de la prise en main du voilier. L’équipement de securité, l’ équipment de cuisine et le linge sont prévus pout tout les membres de l’équipage. Je certifie prendre possession du bateau et de ses équipements dans un bon état de marche, mise à part les remarques mentionnées plus haut. L’imbarcazione dev’essere riconsegnata con il gasolio e l’acqua allo stesso livello della consegna. L’imbarcazione e l’equipaggiamento devono essere resi nelle stesse condizioni in cui sono stati consegnati. Cabine, equipaggiamento di sicurezza, attrezzatura di cucina e la biancheria sono forniti per tutti i componenti dell’ equipaggio.
