OFFERTE DI LAVORO EURES AL 14 ottobre 2014 Newsletter realizzata con il contributo del Progetto SEA OFFERTE DI LAVORO EURES PER LA DANIMARCA Production Coordinator - With experience in the electronics business Descrizione Job / Duties Danelec Marine needs a skilled production coordinator with overall responsibility for the following range of tasks: Production planning with the goal of ensuring accurate purchase orders Stock control and optimisation of stock management processes, including the setting up of a forecast system Purchasing and safeguarding of purchase orders Negotiations regarding price, quality and delivery terms of components with overseas sub-suppliers, and quality assurance of the sub-suppliers. Dealing with and coordinating repairs for customers Supporting order processes concerning web, price lists, product images etc You will work closely together with the company’s finance, sales and development functions, and you will report to the manager of finance and planning. Around 10-15 days of travel abroad per year to foreign suppliers should be expected. Professional qualifications You have a technical background as an engineer, electronics technician or similar, and a great deal of experience in working with production planning and purchasing, preferably in an international electronics company. You are used to taking part in negotiations and other tasks involved in outsourced component production, as well as the many professional and cultural challenges that this brings. You speak and write English fluently. Personal skills You work in a structured manner, have the ability to keep on top of a diverse range of tasks and relations, and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new areas and tasks. You also have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach and extremely good collaborative abilities in relation to colleagues, suppliers and customers.
