Mexican plants species of Cactaceae family belonging to Annex 2 that were discovered after 1997.

REGISTER OF POSSESSION OF DEAD OF ALIVE PLANT SPECIES IN ANNEXES A and B OF REG. (EC) No 338/97 and subsequent amendments (CODE VAB)
The register shall contain, in the first two pages, the method of compilation, which, in paragraph 10, should be integrated with the code "F = other."
Please note that there is a specific exemption from the compilation of the register only for artificially propagated specimens, belonging to plant species included in 'All.B EC Regulation 338/97 and sml.
The load refers to specimens present in the shop / nursery, acquired in any way (purchases, sales account, loans, leases, exchanges etc.). Including artificial reproductions (only Annex A).
The discharge is related to specimens, previously loaded, that for any reason are no longer present in the shop / nursery (sales, thefts, deaths, etc..).
Each page should be written down, in the space provided, the register number assigned by the State Forest Service and reported on the front cover of the register.
The numbering of movements of loading / unloading (column "a") is progressive for each register. It should be numbered alternately loading and unloading; in this case, the boxes of the rows of loading or
unloading adjacent to those compiled can not be used and must be crossed. All movements, whether they are related to the loading and unloading, shall be recorded in chronological order. When you fill the
column 9 of the unload, it should indicate the number of progressive refer to load and, where appropriate, the relevant number and year of the register if different from that in use at the moment.
Any handling of specimens (new acquisition, artificial reproductions, sales, deaths, etc..) Must be registered within 30 days after the event.
Once you have completed the pages load, or the unload must request a new register; a complete register must be returned to the same CITES Service of the State Forestry Corps of the Territorial jurisdiction. The
complete record must be kept for 10 years from the date of final completion and shall not in any way be returned to the CITES Territorial Service.
The date to be entered in the column'' b "of the page loading or unloading, is the compilation of the register of the relevant operation of loading or unloading.
The column 12 of the unload must be completed only for specimens of wild origin or unknown, but it is nonetheless recommended its compllazione also in all other cases, indicating the generality of the person
to whom the specimen is sold for any reason.
The column 13 should be completed only for the species of Annex A and only if the acquisition is not occurring through acquisition but through artificial propagation. The column must be completed in the first
part (plant) at the moment of sowing or cuttings indicating the number of seeds / cuttings used and in the second part (Plants at the 1st Year) must be completed after one year from the previous operations,
indicating the number of plants actually obtained. Difference consists of dead plants will be reported in the page of the unloads.
BE SURE TO FOLLOW CAREFULLY THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE, AS IN CASE OF WRONG OR INCOMPLETE FILLING THE PENALTIES TO BE FROM A MINIMUM OF € 3,098.00 TO A MAXIMUM OF € 9,296.00. IN THE EVENT
