from 18 to 20 of September, carrying out the business of the sale of plants and/or their
parts and derivatives (seeds, cuttings etc. ...)
I declare, under my responsibility,
1.
to know and comply with the EU regulation (EC REG no. 338/1997 and subsequent
additions and amendments) relative to the trade of plants belonging to the species
included in the Washington Convention (CITES), and the Italian regulations about
(Law n. 150/92 and subsequent additions and amendments) and to be in
compliance with all legal obligations connected;
2.
to assume any liability resulting from any breach of the regulations possibly
committed by me;
3.
to relief the organizing committee of this event from any liability resulting from my
possible shortcomings.
I consent to the use of this statement by the organization so that it is made clear that the
event participants are aware of the current regulations.
