PRESENTERS At least two of the Presenters of the selected communications (as either oral presentations or posters) should be members of the Italian Society of Oncological Surgery and up to date with the payment of the 2016 membership fee. SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION The Congress will include parallel sessions. SHOWINGS 19 Only the showing of Personal Computer images is accepted: traditional slide projectors will not be installed and the use of personal PCs is not allowed. The rooms are equipped with a video-projector connected to a Personal Computer for the presentation of the works. The relevant files shall be prepared on Power Point 2000 and delivered at least 2 hours before the beginning of the session on a pen drive to the computer centre. The computer centre will be network connected to the conference rooms: all the screenings will be automatically forwarded to the right room. GUIDELINES FOR CHAIRMEN AND SPEAKERS Chairmen shall: - be in the room at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the session; - make sure that the session and the presentations remain within the allotted times; Speakers shall: - identify the room where the session is held in due time; - hand in the visuals of their presentation, if possible, at least 2 hours before the beginning of the session to the computer centre - be in the room at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the session. CME CREDITS 20 The event of 24/25 October will receive single accreditation from the Ministry of Health for the following professions: Medicine Doctors-Surgeons reference subjects: general surgery; gastroenterology; internal medicine; oncology; radiotherapy; obstetrics and gynaecology; radiodiagnostics; nurses and Biologists. An attendance sheet will be signed when entering and leaving the room and credits will only be certified if the attendance time will be the actual set time for the event and if the final test to check the learning level will be passed. The CME credit certification will be sent by e-mail after completing the set procedures. The CME Provider is Kassiopea Group, recognized by AGENAS under number 305. Attendance certificates At the end of the Conference all duly registered attendants will receive an attendance certificate. Certificates will only be given at the end of the sessions, also in case of late closing Badges Admission to the conference venue, the exhibition area and the scientific sessions will only be possible if in possession of the bar-code badge given by the Organizing Secretariat at the time of registration. The badge is a personal document and shall be shown to the controlling staff. It is the only valid document to collect the attendance certificate and the only way to receive credits.
