organisation
The European Consortium Servizi Affari e Finanza (CESAF) was founded in 1999
as a response to the need in the Piedmont Region of specific assistance both in
adult training that in consulting and specific and qualified assistance for private and
public sector. CESAF is credited by Piedmont Region and certificated UNI EN ISO
9001:2000 for the planning and provision of vocational training courses. Since
2004 become also an Authorized Training Agency. To reach its social aim and
facilitate the achievement of common goals, CESAF has therefore developed a
network of contacts and relationships between businesses, government agencies
and professionals. After 13 years of activity, through a stable organization
composed by internal experts and several external professionals CESAF is able to
provide integrated training and consulting. From 1999 to present, the Consortium
has completed several projects primarily regarding the vocational training sector.
Main educational
activities
Main educational activities include courses of different duration and nature
(language, Information Technologies, Agricoltural, Communication and art; …) for
adults (more than 18 years old). All These activities are Courses financed by local
or EU Public Authorities (European Social Fund) for adults or Private courses
created and developed ad hoc for many private companies and bodies.

Education, new way of training
Target group
Schools, education providers, training agencies, organizations and associations
operating in the filed of adult education.
Objectives
Identifying innovative practices and approaches for the development of learning,
especially using the sense of humor, by paying particular attention to models and
good practices.
Activities
- exchange of experiences among the partners curricula in order to discuss on how
to manage classes with the use of sense of humor;
- identification and exchange of best practices in order to motivate students and to
help them to face problems related to the relations skills in adult learning, and
consequently their cultural integration;
- discovery of innovative and suitable practices to help administrators and trainers
to manage difficult situations and to train with appropriate methods.
Outcomes
Find and draw up an innovative method of teaching that uses humor to involve
students to participate during the learning activity.
