Markets.

In the last years the research activityhas been concerned with the study of the
dependence models of the exploratory data analysis to solve problems of quality
evaluation (Efficiency, Effectiveness, Customer Satisfaction) and of analysis of huge
datasets coming from different database (spectostropic and chemical data, sanitary
system, marketing, food quality, etc.) and to the process of Data Mining. Therefore,
the research activity concerns the methodological and applied Statistics.
The common element of different works has been the exploratory multivariate
analysis of the statistical variables in theoretical, geometrical and computational
aspects.
The methodological works have had the aim to study the relationships between
quantitative and categorical (nominal and ordinal) variables, data coming from
different database, or from questionnaires of surveys. Particolar attention has been
given to the study of linear and non-linear models by polynomial functions (like
splines) or orthogonal polynomials.
Principal applications have concerned the study of Customer Satisfaction in sanitary
services and training courses (researchs for C.R.I.S.P. Lombardia country, for the
National Committee of the Evaluation of the University System) and for the evaluation
of arts in Campania country (SCABEC agency, Campania, Italy)

-Linear and Non-linear Multidimensional Data Analysis (Correspondence Data
Analysis, Categorical Data Analysis, Non-linear Principal Component Analysis).
-Three-way Data Analysis: Three-way Principal Component Analysis
