Our Lady of Mount Carmel Dinner: The committee
invites all parishioners to attend the dinner/dance on March
4th at Le Treport Banquet Hall. This will launch our festa

New Baptism Registration Format: If you would like to
register for Baptism, please bring in your completed form and
documents to the Rectory during office hours. Once the
forms have been received, you will attend a Baptism Class
which takes place on the first Wednesday of every month
(March class will be on March 8th due to Ash Wednesday).
Classes will be held in the Parish Hall, upstairs, at 7:00 p.m

Band of Christian Brothers Men’s Conference
On February 18th join Fr. Larry Richards and Archbishop
of Montreal Christian Lépine for Serviam Ministries’ 2nd
annual Band of Christian Brothers Men’s Conference at
Canada Christian College in Toronto. The theme is “Step
Up”. The day will strengthen and challenge men to become
the man God created them to be. Mass, Adoration and
Confession will take place. Special Father/Son rates
available.

As we begin the 2017 calendar
year,

regarding the processing of 2016 contributions to the Family
of Faith campaign.
Payments made by cheque
All contributions received at the parish on or before
December 31, 2016 are eligible to receive a 2016 tax receipt.
When sending these contributions to the Donation Processing
Centre, please ensure that the envelope (if applicable) that
arrived from the parishioner is date stamped or noted with the
date that the contribution was received at the parish. Please
note that all 2016 dated cheques that are received at a parish
on or before December 31, 2016 must be forwarded to the
Donation Processing Centre no later than January 23, 2017.

U of T, will present this third of three Ecumenical and Interfaith talks from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the church hall. He

Read the Bible.

The Altar Flowers, week by week,
are a welcome offering to our
worship. Flowers are alive. They are
of God’s creation. They are a
fragrant offering to the God who
created them. They are a symbol of
new life in Christ. For all of these
reasons, we give thanks to everyone who has already given
flowers on a particular Sunday. People have given flowers in
thanksgiving to God for a family member’s birthday,
wedding anniversary, or other blessing. They are also given
in memory of a departed loved one or friend.
The times that altar flowers are not purchased is during
Lent, Palm Sunday, Easter Day, Advent and
Christmas. Easter and Christmas are Holy Days
observed with lilies and poinsettias.
The cost for the altar flowers is $100.00. Contact the parish
office to make arrangements.
Questo anno 2017 si può offrire i fiori per l’altare del
Signore. Questi fiori vivi e freschi saranno una offerta al
Signore durante le messe per la domenica. I fiori si può
offrire come ringraziamento per i vivi o in memoria dei vostri
