29/08/80: il primo concerto in Italia
per gli Iron Maiden. Si tiene a Castel
Sant’Angelo, di supporto ai Kiss.
01/09/80: Avrebbero dovuto suonare a
Torino, ma la data viene invece spostata
al Palasport di Genova.
02/09/80: la prima delle tante apparizioni milanesi della band, stavolta al Velodromo Vigorelli.
30/03/81: a Reggio Emilia inizia la tranche
italiana del Killer World Tour. La band esegue Prowler, che sarà assente negli show
successivi.
31/03/81: Milano (pomeriggio). Il concerto viene ripreso dalla RAI e successivamente trasmesso in TV.
31/03/81: Milano (sera).
01/04/81: Brescia.
02/04/81: Gorizia.
03/04/81: è a Torino l’ultima data italiana
di Paul Di’Anno con i Maiden.
26/10/81: Va in scena a Bologna la prima apparizione assoluta dei nuovi Iron
Maiden, con Bruce Dickinson alla voce. Suonano I’ve Got the Fire.
27/10/81: Roma. Suonano I’ve Got the
Fire.
28/10/81: Firenze.
12/09/92: Reggio Emilia. Ancora “Festa
de l’Unità”, ancora Monsters Of Rock. Lo
show viene registrato da Videomusic ma non
viene trasmesso integralmente. Nonostante
le annotazioni di A Real Dead One, Heaven
Can Wait non venne registrata in questa occasione.
27/04/93: Torino. Scintille per la prima
data di A Real Live Tour in Italia. Durante
Prowler, Bruce si infiamma contro qualcuno
del pubblico, getta il microfono e smette di
cantare. La band conclude il pezzo in versione strumentale.
28/04/93: Maiano (UD).
29/04/93: Firenze.
30/04/93: Roma. Nonostante quanto riportato su A Real Dead One, Prowler non
è stata registrata durante questo concerto.
01/05/93: Roma. Storica apparizione della band al concertone del Primo Maggio.
I Maiden eseguono The Trooper e Fear Of
The Dark.
02/05/93: Priolo. Primo concerto in Sicilia.
05/05/93: Napoli.
06/05/93: Bologna.

15/6/2003: Imola ospita il Give Me Ed ‘til
I’m Dead in una versione memorabile
dell’Heineken Jammin’ Festival. La band
non esegue 2 Minutes to Midnight, l’ultimo
brano in scaletta, per problemi di orario.
27/10/2003: Milano. La band ritorna a
pochi mesi di distanza per il Dance of
Death World Tour.
28/10/2003: Firenze.
11/6/2005: Bologna. E’ tempo di The Early Days Tour, in cui la band ripesca i classici degli esordi e li ripropone con la nuova
formazione.
02/12/2006: Milano. Questione di vita o
di morte con A Matter of Life and Death,
e scelta audace di riproporre l’intero album
dal vivo.
03/12/2006: Milano. Per la prima volta la
band si esibisce in due giorni consecutivi
nella stessa città. In questa serata c’è qualche problema con lo “stupido di turno” che
getta dell’acqua addosso a Bruce, rompendo il microfono ed impedendogli di cantare
la prima strofa di The Pilgrim.
14/06/2007: San Giuliano (VE). E’ la volta
di A Matter of the Beast. Il concerto si
tiene all’Heineken Jammin’ Festival. Nessun problema nella giornata di apertura in
cui si esibiscono i Maiden, ma il programma, dal giorno successivo, verrà funestato
da una tromba d’aria.
