TRILO 4/6: deux chambres à 2 lits, 2 salles de bains, salon avec divan
lit matrimonial.
Toutes les logements disposent d’air conditionné, lave-vaisselle, TV color satellite 21”, sèche cheveux, téléphone direct et balcon.
Le quotes hebdomadaires comprennent:
• Taxes (sauf taxe de séjour), usage des installations • Piscine adultes et
baby avec hydro-massage • Parking (1 parking pour appartement).
Le nombre des personnes réservées ne doit pas être supérieur à la typologie de l’appartement; nous n’accepterons aucune personne en aucun cas.

• Emplacement auto supplémentaire m 20,00 par semaine.
• Deux pièces 2/4 face à la mer supplément m 50,00 par semaine.

change obligatoire en milieu de la semaine).
• Kit linge de table m 6,00 par semaine (comprenant un change obligatoire en milieu de semaine).
• Berceau m 25,00 par semaine, pour toutes les périodes (pas de literie).
• Coffre-fort m 15,00 par semaine.
• Usage de la machine à laver ou de la salle de repassage m 5,00 (1h 1/2 ).
• Wi-fi (disponible dans le bar area).
• Débarras pour bicyclettes, matelas de plage etc m 15,00 par semaine.
• Petite chaise pour enfants m 15,00 par semaine.
Caution: à l’arrivée une caution de m 150,00 devra être versée, elle sera
restituée à la fin du séjour, après le contrôle de l’inventaire et du nettoyage du coin cuisine.
Paiement: 25% à la confirmation de la réservation, le solde le jour de
l’arrivée.
Arrivées: Samedi à partir de 17h.
Départs: Samedi de 8h à 10h, après le contrôle de l’appartement de la
part du personnel.

Tutte le unità abitative dispongono di aria condizionata, lavastoviglie,
TV color satellitare 21”, phon, telefono diretto e balcone.
Le quote settimanali includono:
• Tasse (esclusa la tassa di soggiorno) utenze • Piscina adulti, bambini
e idromassaggio. • Parcheggio (1 posto macchina per appartamento).
Il numero delle persone prenotate non dovrà essere superiore alla tipologia dell’appartamento; non si accetteranno persone in eccedenza per nessun motivo.
A richiesta:
• Spiaggia (1 ombrellone, 1 lettino, 1 sdraio) m 70,00 a settimana.
• Posto auto supplementare m 20,00 a settimana.
• Bilocale 2/4 fronte mare supplemento m 50,00 a settimana.
• Kit di biancheria m 15,00 a persona, a settimana (compreso un
cambio obbligatorio a metà settimana).
• Kit tovagliato m 6,00 a settimana (compreso un cambio obbligatorio a metà settimana).
• Culla m 25,00 a settimana, in tutti i periodi ( no biancheria da letto).
• Cassaforte m 15,00 a settimana.
• Uso lavatrice o uso stireria m 5,00 (1 ora e 1/2).
• Wi-fi (nella zona bar).
• Ripostiglio per biciclette, materassini, ecc. m 15,00 a settimana.
• Seggiolone per bimbi m 15,00 a settimana.
Cauzione: all’arrivo dovrà essere versata una cauzione di m 150,00
che verrà restituita a fine soggiorno, previo controllo dell’inventario e
della pulizia dell’angolo cottura.
Pagamento: 25% alla conferma della prenotazione, saldo il giorno di arrivo.
Arrivi: sabato dalle ore 17.00
Partenze: sabato dalle ore 8.00 alle ore 10.00, dopo il controllo del
nostro personale dello stato dell’unità abitativa.
• The week from 08.08 to 15.08 must be part of a reservation of at least 14 days.
• End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory and does not include the kitchenette
area which has to be cleaned by the guest: € 50,00 for two-room flats and
€ 55,00 for three-room flats.
TWO ROOM FLAT 2/4: twin bedroom, bathroom, lounge with double
bed settee.
TWO ROOM FLAT 3/5: bedroom with three beds, bathroom, lounge
with double bed settee.
THREE ROOM FLAT 4/6: two twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge
with double bed settee.
All the apartments have air conditioning, dishwasher, 21” SAT-TV, hair
dryer, direct dial telephone and balcony.
The weekly prices include:
• All taxes (esxcluding tourist tax) use of gas, water and electricity • use of pool
for adults, children and Jacuzzi • car park (one parking spot for each apartment).
• The number of people staying in the apartments must not exceed the
maximum number quoted in the various types of apartments; extra persons will not be accepted for any reason at all.
Upon request:
• Beach facilities (1 sunshade, 1 lounger and 1 deck chair): m 70,00 per week.
• Extra parking space m 20,00 per week.
• Two-room 2/4 flat facing the sea m 50,00 extra per week.
• Kit of linen m 15,00 per person, per week (including compulsory midweek change).
• Kit of kitchen linen m 6,00 per week (including compulsory mid-week
change).
• Cot m 25,00 per week in all periods (bed linen not available).
• Safe m 15,00 per week.
• Use of washing machine or use of ironing facilities m 5,00 (90 minutes).
• Wi-fi ( available in the bar area).
• Shed for bicycles, lilos etc m 15,00 per week.
• Highchair for children m 15,00 per week.
Deposit: upon arrival a caution deposit of m 150,00 is requested, this will
be refunded at the end of the stay after the Direction has controlled the state
of the apartment and verified that the kitchenette area has been cleaned.
Payment: 25% at the time of booking, the remainder the day of arrival.
Arrivals: Saturdays from 5 p.m.
Departures: Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., after the flat has been controlled by the Direction.

• Die Woche vom 08.08. bis 15.08. wird nur mit der vorhergehenden oder der folgenden Woche vergeben.
• Der Preis der verbindlichen Endreinigung beträgt m 50,00 für die
Zweizimmerwohnung und m 55,00 für die Dreizimmerwohnung. Die
Kochecke muss vom Kunden sauber verlassen werden.
ZWEIZIMMERWOHNUNG 2/4: Doppelzimmer, Bad, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettcouch.
ZWEIZIMMERWOHNUNG 3/5: Dreibettzimmer, Bad, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettcouch.
DREIZIMMERWOHNUNG: 4/6: Zwei Doppelzimmer, 2 Bäder,
Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettcouch.
Alle Wohnungen verfügen über Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Farbfernseher 21’ mit SAT, Föhn, Direktwahltelefon und Balkon.
Die Wochenpreise enthalten:
• Steuern (ausgenommen Kurtaxe), Licht, Gas, Wasser • Swimmingpool
für Erwachsene und Kinder mit Whirlpool • Parkplatz (1 Parkplatz pro
Ferienwohnung).
Die Zahl der Personen darf die im Typ der Wohnung angegebene Anzahl nicht überschreiten, es werden auf keinen Fall weitere Personen
akzeptiert.

• Strand (1 Sonnenschirm, 1 Liegebett, 1 Liegestuhl) m 70,00 pro Woche.
• Zuschlag für Parkplatz m 20,00 pro Woche.
• Zweizimmerwohnung 2/4 Meerseite m 50,00 Zuschlag pro Woche.
• Wäscheset m 15,00 pro Person, pro Woche (inklusiv 1 Wechsel in der
Mitte der Woche).
• Tischwäscheset m 6,00 pro Woche (inklusiv 1 Wechsel in der Mitte
der Woche).
• Kinderbett m 25,00 pro Woche, in allen Zeiten (ohne Bettwäsche).
• Safe m 15,00 pro Woche.
• Benützung der Waschmaschine oder des Bügelraumes m 5,00 (1 1/2 Stunde).
• Wi-fi (verfügbar in der Barbereich).
• Abstellraum für Fahrräder, Luftmatratzen usw. m 15,00 pro Woche.
• Kinderstuhl pro Woche m 15,00.
Kaution: Bei der Ankunft wird um eine Kaution von m 150,00 gebeten,
die bei der Abreise nach Kontrolle des Inventars und der Reinigung der
Kochecke, zurückerstattet wird.
Zahlung: 25% bei Bestätigung der Reservierung; Restbetrag bei der
Ankunft.
Ankunft: Samstag ab 17 Uhr.
Abreise: Samstag von 8 Uhr bis 10 Uhr nach Kontrolle unseres Personals des Zustandes der Wohnung.
