Se l’apparecchio è dotato di prese d’aria,
assicurarsi che non vengano mai occluse
nemmeno parzialmente.
L’uso di qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico

UN BUON ESPRESSO ITALIANO
Il fondo del caffè nel filtro a cestello deve
essere pressato leggermente.
Un caffè forte o più leggero dipende dalla
macinatura del caffè e dalla quantità inserita nel filtro a cestello.
In pochi secondi il caffè è erogato nelle
tazze.
Se il tempo di erogazione è più lungo significa che il macinato è troppo fine o che
è stato pressato eccessivamente.
