All the above, facilitate a positive, serene,
constructive exchange between the main
participants and in so doing this special relation
improves the
SENSE OF WELLBEING and SELF ESTEEM in the
aged, who feel needed, and able to give help and
support to the children and families. The children
have the feeling of a comforting companion by
their side in their discoveries .
Families benefit from the person centred activities
that are only possible with the help and support of
older carers and qualified staff, all working together
in a nurturing environment.
An environment founded on the values of
solidarity and respect.
