HOUSE RULES B&B - “AL POSTICINO”

 Please let us know expected arrival time when you book your room; in
case of changes during your trip you are requested to communicate asap
the variation of arrival time at the designated number.
 Our Police authorities require a valid identity card is at your arrival
 Payment is due, cash only, when you check-in.
 The period of a full day is considered from 3:00 p.m. of arrival day to
10:00 a.m. of next day.
 Please use only designated bathroom.
 Please use WC for its purposes only. Paper or other bulky rejects can be
disposed in designated
 Waste baskets. Costs related to improper use of WC will be charged to
the guest,
 Any damage or stealing will be immediately charged to the responsible, or
presented to the Police authorities.
 Room cleaning will be made daily, and sheets/towels change twice a
week.
 Morning breakfast will be served with premade bakery items; we reserve
the right to supply a
 Ticket, valid for a breakfast at closest bar.
 It is forbidden the consumption of meals in bedrooms; kitchen and
appliances use cannot be made without prior permission.
 No smoking in rooms, only on balcony.
 Each guest will be responsible for any damage to B&B itself and its
contents.
 Please make sure, when you leave the B&B, to switch off lights, close
entrance door, and make sure that windows are kept closed to avoid
values stealing from rooms.
 The property is not responsible for any damage or stealing of guests
values left in rooms.
 Please make sure, at the end of your stay, to leave room keys on
dashboard, when leaving the B&B
 Failure in doing so will imply a charge of Euro 150 for key lock
replacement.

 Guests are requested to maintain a proper behaviour to avoid disturbance
to other guests . Please avoid noise in periods from 2 to 4 p.m. and to 10
p.m. to 8 a.m.
 Please do not let in the B&B other people (friends, other guests)
 Pets are not allowed, without prior approval of B&B owner.
 In case your rooms could not be made available for “force majeure”
reasons, the B&B owner will
 Find an equivalent accommodation, or, at guest choice, will refund the
amount received for the rental. No other refund will be accepted.
