LEZIONI DI CUCINA
COOKING LESSONS
La durata della lezione teorica e pratica è di circa tre ore. Agli allievi verranno
consegnati i ricettari dei piatti preparati ed un attestato di partecipazione al
corso. Tutte le lezioni terminano con la degustazione delle specialità cucinate.
SCUOLA DEL CIOCCOLATO E VISITA DI UNA
FABBRICA
Per coloro che amano il cioccolato e vogliono condividere l’esperienza e la passione con i maestri cioccolatieri di Perugia proponiamo tre corsi:
* MASTER IN CIOCCOLOGIA per esplorare l’universo del cioccolato dalla storia, alle materie prime, alla realizzazione da parte dei partecipanti di golosi
cioccolatini secondo le principali tecniche di base
* DEGUSTATORE IN CIOCCOLOGIA degustazione guidata a diverse varietà di
cioccolato e realizzazione da parte dei partecipanti di piccole delizie da degustare insieme
* ARTISTA IN CIOCCOLOGIA per imparare le tecniche base ed esprimere al
meglio la propria creatività, attraverso la realizzazione da parte dei partecipanti di raffinate golosità di cioccolato
Visita di una fabbrica di cioccolato dove si può osservare la produzione e gustare i famosi cioccolatini.
Each lesson lasts three hours and consists of theory and hands-on experience.
Students will receive booklets of recipes for the dishes prepared and a participation
certificate upon completion of the course. All lessons are followed by a tasting of the
dishes prepared.
CHOCOLATE SCHOOL AND VISIT OF A LOCAL
FACTORY
For those who love chocolate and want to share the experience and the passion
with the masters of chocolate creations of Perugia, we suggest three courses:
* MASTER IN “CHOCOLOGY”: to explore the universe of chocolate starting from
its history, the basic ingredients and the making of tasty chocolates according to
the basic techniques
* “CHOCOLOGY” TASTER: tasting of different variety of chocolate and making of
delicious treats to sample together
* “CHOCOLOGY” ARTIST: to learn the basic techniques and to express one’s creativity at its best through the realization of refined chocolate dishes
Visit of a local chocolate factory where you can see fine chocolate being prepared
and taste of some of the chocolates.
DEGUSTAZIONE DI VINI IN UNA CANTINA LOCALE
WINE TASTING AND TOUR OF A LOCAL VINEYARD
La visita include: presentazione dei vigneti, visita della cantina e degustazione di
tre vini differenti. Su richiesta la degustazione dei vini può essere accompagnata
da assaggio di formaggi e salumi tipici locali. La visita alla cantina di vinificazione
o di invecchiamento potrebbe essere soggetta a delle limitazioni dovute a trattamenti periodici, quali fermentazione, svinatura etc… Le visite si effettuano solo
su prenotazione e per gruppi di minimo 6 persone fino ad un massimo di 15
persone. E’ possibile prolungare la passeggiata tra le vigne con una merenda
umbra o un pranzo leggero in cantina.
The tour includes a visit of the vineyard, of the wine cellars and a tasting session of
three different wines. On request the wine tasting can be accompanied by a selection of local dishes and cold meats. The visit to the wine cellars can be subject to
limitations due to periodic works (fermentation, racking…). Wine tours can be booked only for groups from 6 to 15 people. It is possible to continue the pleasant walk
among the vines with a typical Umbrian snack or a light lunch in one of the cellars.
CERAMIC SCHOOL
Mini corsi turistici della durata di 4 oppure 8 ore attraverso i quali è possibile realizzare una piccola opera che sarà consegnata il giorno successivo al termine del
corso. In laboratorio, il programma prevede la decorazione su supporto smaltato con riproduzione a spolvero di un disegno tipico Umbro e la foggiatura di
alcuni manufatti eseguiti con la tecnica del tornio elettrico oppure del colombino. Su richiesta è inoltre possibile la visita guidata al Museo Regionale della ceramica di Deruta e/o la visita alle aziende artigianali della zona.
Short courses for tourists, of 4 or 8 hours, where it is possible to realize a small artefact that will be given to the students the following day, at the end of the course. In
a laboratory, the program foresees the decoration of a typical Umbrian pattern, on
a varnished base, with “riproduzione a spolvero” (same techniques as for frescos,
the design is punched and the holes are filled up with a dark powder which brings
out the pattern) and the shaping by hand of various Manufacts with an electric potter’s wheel or with the “Colombino” techniques (rolling by hand). Upon request, it
is possible to visit the Regional Museum of Ceramics in Deruta and/or some of the
little factories in the area.
