Primary Purpose of Job:
Responsible for t he comprehensive and efficient response t o all Medical Informat ion queries and
request s ensuring except ional cust omer service and line of sight t o t he cust omer is achieved.
Assist ing fellow Healt hcare Professionals provide t he highest st andard of care for t heir pat ient s
on a named patient basis.
Main duties/responsibilities:
•
Provide coherent and comprehensive medical informat ion support t o all cust omers and
internal departments;
•
Maint ain accurat e product dat abase ensuring inclusion of t he most recent approved
product information;
•
Facilit at e t he t ranslat ion of product and Medical Informat ion including qualit y checks on
translations received;
•
Check Cont rolled Drug (CD) calculat ions of product s t o ensure accuracy, validat e and sign
CD import licences;
•
Respond t o Qualit y Complaint s, Adverse Drug React ions and Product Recalls in a t imely
and accurate manner, ensuring that regulations and process are adhered to;
•
Review of Medical Informat ion and Adverse Drug react ion agreement s, making
recommendations and implementing changes as required
•
Assist the Quality Assurance Team to ensure TSE compliance of all COMPANY products
•
Ensure continual professional development is maintained and systems are improved
Achievements/Qualifications/Experience:
•
Registered Pharmacist or Medical Doctor (UK registered), fluency in French;
•
Proven experience of working t o meet high st andards wit hin a drug informat ion
environment and providing excellent customer service;
•
Proven ability of working cross functionally and internationally;
•
Underst anding of how t heir decisions impact t he pat ient , clinician, colleagues and
Company;
•
Excellent int erpersonal and communicat ion skills wit h abilit y t o adj ust st yle and delivery
