• La T100N è una truciolatrice a disco rotante
e coltelli multipli (6 con doppia affilatura) ideata
e realizzata per sminuzzare scarti di poliuretano
e gomma. La macchina consente di ridurre il
materiale in trucioli di pezzature diverse, mediante
il semplice e rapido inserimento delle tre griglie
dimensionatrici (in dotazione) nell’apposita
fessura. É fornita con un aspiratore in uscita per
aumentare la produttività e per riempire
direttamente i sacchi o altre macchine (es. il
mescolatore M1). La costruzione semplice
e robusta esenta da qualsiasi necessità
di manutenzione, pur assicurando un lungo
e perfetto funzionamento. Macchina fornita con
grate da ø 20 mm, ø 25 mm e ø 30 mm.
• T100N is a shredding machine with rotating
cylinder and multiple knives (6 with double
grinding) and it shreds polyurethane and foam
waste.
The machine shreds the material in different sizes
through the easy and fast insertion of the three
dimensioning grids (included in the equipment)
into the proper slit.
The machine is equipped with an exit aspirator to
increase productivity and to fill up directly the
sacks or other machineries (e.g. Mixer M1).
The simple and tough construction exempts from
any kind of maintenance though it ensures a long
and perfect way of working. Machine delivered
with ø 20 mm, ø 25 and ø 30 mm grates.

• T100N ist eine Schaumstoffmühle mit drehbarer
Scheibe und mit vielfachen Messern (6 mit
doppeltem Schliff). Es ist eine Maschine zum
zerkleinern von Polyurethan und Gummiabfällen.
Das Material wird durch die einfache und schnelle
Einführung der drei Gittern (im Ausstattung) in
dem dazu bestimmten Schlitz zerkleinert.
Die Maschine ist mit einem Sauger ausgestattet,
um die Produktivität zu steigern und die Säcke
oder andere Maschine (wie Mixer M1) direkt zu
erfüllen.
Die einfache und starke Konstruktion befreit von
jeder Wartung und gleichzeitig garantiert eine
lange und perfekte Arbeitsweise.
Die Maschine ist mit dem gitter von ø 20 mm,
ø 25 mm und ø 30 mm Ausgestattet.

pensada y realizada para desmenuzar residuos de
poliuretano y goma. La maquina permite reducir
el material en virutas de diferente tamaño
mediante una simple y rápida introducción de las
tres rejillas en sus ranuras. La rejillas van
incluidas con la maquina. Se suministra con un
aspirador en la salida para aumentar la
productividad y para rellenar directamente los
sacos u otras máquinas (por ejemplo la
mezcladora M1).
La construcción simple y robusta exenta de
cualquier mantenimiento garantizando, de toda
forma, su perfecto funcionamiento para un largo
