• La raddrizzatura di alberi, tubi e profili diversi, è stata risolta da SASSATELLI con un sistema molto pratico e di basso costo.
• Con le unità di controllo e raddrizzatura SASSATELLI si possono raddrizzare pezzi in barra, grezzi, semilavorati e finiti,
prima e/o dopo iI trattamento termico.
• Ottimi risultati si sono ottenuti nella raddrizzatura di alberi a camme, alberi motore, coclee, barre filettate, travi e profilati
di tutti i tipi e dimensioni.
• In tutti i modelli è possibile dosare perfettamente e con facilità la forza di spinta per la raddrizzatura.
• Si ottiene così una raddrizzatura con tolleranza centesimale.
• Tutti i modelli funzionano con aria compressa a 6+8 BAR.
• Nei modelli “RDOT” ad azionamento idraulico, la spinta viene esercitata da una pompa moltiplicatrice di pressione con
motore pneumatico.
• I nostri raddrizzatori per alberi meccanici possono essere impiegati anche su tornio parallelo o sospesi a mezzo carro
ponte, ecc...
• The straightening of shafts pipes and different profiles has been solutioned by SASSATELLI with an extremely practical and
low cost system.
• With the check and straightening units by SASSATELLI it is possible to straighten pieces as bars, raw parts, semifinished and
finished products, before and/or after the thermical treatment.
• Excellent results have been reached in the straightening of cam shafts, motor shafts, archisedeam screws, threaded bars,
beams and profiles of any kind and dimension.
• In all models it is possible to calibrate in a perfect and easy way the thrust force for the straightening.
• It will be got thus a straightening with a centesimal tolerance.
• All models are working with compressed air at 6+8 BAR.
• In the “RDOT” models with hydraulical control the thrust is given by a booster pump with pneumatical motor.
• Our straightening machines for mechanical shafts can be used also on a parallele lathe or hanged at a bridge crane, etc.
