01 CALOTTA
N104 è realizzato in due misure di calotta esterna (XXS-L / XL-XXXL) ed offre, pertanto,
elevatissimo comfort. Peso e volume del casco sono contenuti e proporzionati alla taglia
del pilota.
01 SHELL
N104 is produced in two outer shell sizes (XXS-L / XL-XXXL) therefore, it offers maximum
comfort. The helmet's weight and volume are thus kept to a minimum, proportionate
to the rider's size.
02 MOVIMENTO DI ROTAZIONE DELLA MENTONIERA
Il movimento di rotazione della mentoniera con traiettoria ellittica (brevettato) consente di
contenere la sezione frontale complessiva del casco, quando la mentoniera è in posizione
aperta. Di conseguenza, l’effetto "vela" risulta notevolmente ridotto ed il comfort di guida
ugualmente garantito, anche con mentoniera sollevata.
02 CHIN GUARD ROTATION MOVEMENT
The (patented) chin guard rotation movement with elliptical trajectory makes it possible
to keep the total size of the helmet's front section to a minimum, when the chin
guard is open. The "sail" effect is consequently highly reduced and riding comfort is
still guaranteed, even when the chin guard is lifted.
03 SISTEMA DI APERTURA DELLA MENTONIERA (DUAL ACTION)
N104 è dotato dell’esclusivo sistema di apertura della mentoniera DUAL ACTION
(brevettato) che, posizionato al centro della mentoniera, ne consente l’apertura con
una sola mano. Il meccanismo a doppia azione riduce il rischio di aperture accidentali:
solo dopo avere azionato la prima leva di sblocco (o sicura) è, infatti, possibile sollevare
la mentoniera, agendo sulla seconda leva.
03 DUAL ACTION CHIN GUARD OPENING SYSTEM
The N104 version is fitted with the exclusive (patented) DUAL ACTION chin guard opening
system. Positioned in the centre of the chin guard, it allows for easy, one-handed opening.
The dual action opening mechanism reduces the risk of accidental opening to a minimum:
the chin guard can be opened only operating the first release lever (or safety lock) and
then activating the second lever.

La visiera che equipaggia il nuovo N104 assicura il massimo comfort di guida: la sua ampia
superficie rende, infatti, possibile una maggiore visuale, anche laterale, aumentando in tal
modo la sicurezza attiva. Può essere facilmente e velocemente rimossa, senza l’ausilio
di utensili, per le operazioni di manutenzione e/o sostituzione.

L’esclusiva conformazione della visierina offre un campo di visione particolarmente ampio
ed esclude interferenze nella parte superiore della visiera.

04 "ULTRAWIDE" VISOR
The visor assembled on the new N104 guarantees maximum riding comfort: the large
surface makes it, indeed, possible to have a broader view, also lateral, thus highly
increasing active safety.
It can be removed easily and quickly, without any tools, for maintenance and/or
replacement.
It is also equipped with* Pinlock® anti-fog visor with silicone-sealed profile (FSB).

ANTI-FOG VISOR
The N104 is equipped* with Pinlock® anti-fog visor with silicone-sealed profile (FSB).
The exclusive shape of the visor offers a considerably broader field of vision, eliminating
any interference in the upper part of the visor.
06 VPS (VISION PROTECTION SYSTEM)
Lo schermo parasole interno che equipaggia il nuovo N104 è facilmente attivabile, grazie
all’innovativo ed intuitivo sistema di azionamento (patent pending) che consente il richiamo
automatico ed immediato dello schermo in posizione di non utilizzo, semplificando e
velocizzando la manovra di richiamo dello stesso (ad esempio, all’ingresso di un tunnel).
Prevede trattamento S/R (Scratch Resistant – resistente al graffio) e F/R (Fog Resistant resistente all’appannamento).
06 VISION PROTECTION SYSTEM (VPS)
The internal sunscreen on the new N104 is easy to activate, thanks to the innovative and
intuitive (patent pending) activating system. It allows automatic and immediate retraction
of the screen in the standby position, thus simplifying and speeding up the retraction
process (e.g. when entering a tunnel).
The internal sunscreen (VPS) is S/R (Scratch Resistant) and F/R (Fog Resistant) treated.
07 VENTILAZIONE
che assicura
La ventilazione superiore sfrutta l’esclusivo sistema
un’ottimale aerazione laddove la testa del pilota necessita maggiormente, evitando
possibili dispersioni: l’aria viene, infatti, prelevata e condotta forzatamente nelle zone più
critiche, al fine di garantire il massimo comfort anche in condizioni di guida estreme.
L’innovativo sistema di ventilazione del nuovo N104 è completato da una presa d’aria
mentoniera, una presa d’aria posizionata nella zona frontale e due estrattori posteriori che
provvedono ad un costante ricircolo d’aria all’interno del casco.

The ventilation of the helmet's upper part uses the
It ensures optimal ventilation where the rider's head most requires it avoiding any
dispersion: the air is, indeed, extracted and forced into the most critical areas to guarantee
maximum comfort also in extreme riding conditions.
The new N104 innovative ventilation system is also equipped with an air intake in the
chin guard, an air intake in the frontal area and two rear extractors recycling air inside
the helmet.
08 IMBOTTITURA INTERNA DI CONFORTO
É composta da guanciali, cuffia, paranuca e paravento amovibili. Facilmente smontabile
e lavabile, l’imbottitura interna del nuovo N104 è realizzata in tessuti altamente traspiranti,
morbidi e freschi, in grado di assicurare eccellente comfort anche nei lunghi tragitti.
08 INNER COMFORT PADDING
It is made up of removable cheek pads, inner liner, neck roll and wind protector.
The inner padding of the new N104 is easily removable and washable and it is made of
highly breathable, soft and fresh fabrics which ensure excellent comfort also in long rides.
The fabric used also undergo antibacterial treatment.

09 NUOVO SISTEMA DI RITENZIONE MICROLOCK
N104 è equipaggiato con il nuovo sistema di ritenzione con regolazione micrometrica
Microlock 2. Il nuovo sgancio Microlock 2 (patent pending), così come il tradizionale sgancio
Microlock (brevettato) di Nolan, si differenziano da quelli della medesima tipologia oggi
presenti sul mercato, grazie al sistema a doppia leva.
Tale sistema è composto da una leva di apertura ergonomica in materiale termoplastico
ed una seconda, dentata e di tenuta, in alluminio. La leva dentata libera la fascetta
micrometrica ed è, pertanto, possibile aprire il sottogola solo dopo che la leva di apertura
ha effettuato una rotazione molto ampia.
Un importante accorgimento che riduce la possibilità di aperture involontarie del sistema
di ritenzione, senza compromettere l’ergonomia e la facilità d’uso.
Con il Microlock 2 il tutto viene completato da una sensibile riduzione delle dimensioni e del
peso dello sgancio rispetto al Microlock, oltre che da una fascetta micrometrica a 10 scatti.
10 PREDISPOSIZIONE N-COM®
N104 è predisposto per essere equipaggiato con il sistema di comunicazione
N-Com® B4, appositamente studiato per questo nuovo modello. Inoltre,
N104 è omologato con il sistema di comunicazione installato e risulta, pertanto, conforme
al regolamento ECE/ONU 22-05.
11 OMOLOGAZIONE
Il nuovo N104 è omologato P/J nel rispetto della normativa vigente ECE/ONU 22-05.
L’omologazione P/J permette al motociclista di condurre il motoveicolo sia con mentoniera
chiusa che con mentoniera aperta.

The shape of the inner comfort padding facilitates eyeglass wearing.
The reflective insert at the centre of the roll neck further improves the rider's visibility at
night and, consequently, the rider's active safety. The neck roll can be removed easily, for
more comfort in the warmer months.

09 NEW MICROLOCK RETENTION SYSTEM2
The N104 version is equipped with the new Microlock 2 The new (patent pending)
Microlock 2 release, as the traditional (patented) Microlock release by Nolan, differ from all
other releases currently on the market for their double lever system.
This system consists of a thermoplastic ergonomic opening lever, and of a second
aluminium toothed and holding lever. The toothed lever releases the micrometric strip, thus
the chin strap can only be open with a very broad rotation of the opening lever.
This important device minimizes the possibility of unintentional opening of the retention
system, making it still ergonomic and easy to use.
The Microlock 2 comes together with considerable reduction of the size and weight of the
release, compared to the traditional version, as well as with a 10-click micrometric strip.

11 HOMOLOGATION STANDARD
The new N104 is P/J approved, in compliance with the legislation currently in force
UN/ECE 22-05. P/J approval allow the motorcyclist to ride the vehicle both with open and
closed chin guard.

PROTECTIVE HARD COATING
I tessuti impiegati per la confezione sono, inoltre, sottoposti a trattamento antibatterico.
La conformazione dell’imbottitura interna favorisce l’alloggiamento degli occhiali.
L’inserto rifrangente, posizionato al centro del paranuca, favorisce maggiormente la
visibilità del motociclista nelle ore notturne, incrementando conseguentemente la sicurezza
attiva dello stesso. Il paranuca è facilmente amovibile per aumentare il comfort nei mesi
più caldi.
