estrusione e soffiaggio in acciai speciali quali: Bimetallo, nitrurati, da tempra e in polvere.
L’esperienza maturata e l’ausilio di macchinari all’avanguardia, permettono, se richiesto,
lo studio e la realizzazione di profili speciali e personalizzati per l’ottimizzazione del gruppo
iniezione/estrusione; trattamenti particolari dei materiali, inoltre, contribuiscono alla risoluzione
dei problemi dovuti all’abrasione e alla corrosione.

Viplas produces new and reconditioned screws, twin-screws and plasticization
barrels for injection, extrusion, and blow molding machines made of special steels: bi-metal,
nitrided, tempered, and powder steel.
The expertise and help of state-of-the-art machines permit, if required, the design
and realization of special and custom profiles for the optimization of the injection/extrusion
group; in addition, special material treatments contribute to the resolution of problems
due to abrasion and corrosion.

Viplas per la fresature delle viti di plastificazione utilizza una WEINGARTNER PICK UP 700,
leader mondiale, ed una CORREA L30/58 che sono in grado di lavorare pezzi in una vasta
gamma di diametri, geometrie e lunghezze per soddisfare ogni richiesta.
La continua evoluzione tecnica dei materiali utilizzati per l’iniezione e l’estrusione,
aumenta il rischio di usura delle viti e quindi ne diminuisce la durata.
Viplas è in grado di offrire riporti con le leghe più comuni e con quelle più specifiche che,
insieme ad un accoppiamento ottimale con il cilindro, offrono alta resistenza.

Viplas uses a WEINGARTNER PICK UP 700, the world leader, and a CORREA L30/58
for the milling of plasticization screws; this device can work pieces in a wide range
of diameters, shapes, and lengths to satisfy every request.
The continuous technical evolution of the materials used for injection and extrusion increases
the risk of wear on the screws and therefore decreases their life.
Viplas offers deposits in the most common alloys and with the more specific ones that offer
high resistance together with an optimal coupling with the cylinder.

Con una Foratrice per fori profondi TACCHI FT 45,
Viplas è in grado di forare cilindri per monovite
e bivite; mentre con una macchina PLEIGER HG
400 viene effettuata la lappatura che garantisce
un alto grado di finitura interno.
I cilindri in Bimetallo da noi commercializzati,
consentono di prolungare la vita del gruppo anche
con l’utilizzo di materiali particolarmente aggressivi
durante il processo di iniezione/estrusione.

Viplas is among the few companies in the sector that
produces barrels internally, in addition to screws.
With a TACCHI FT 45 drill for deep holes, Viplas can drill
barrels for single and twin-screws, while the lapping, which
guarantees a high grade of internal finish, is carried out with
a Pleiger HG 400 machine.
The bi-metal barrels we market can prolong the life of the
group, even with the use of particularly aggressive materials
during the injection/extrusion process.
