Come noto il 1° Giugno 2007 è entrato in vigore il Regolamento 1907/2006 REACH
As known, starting from the 1st of June 2007, REACH Regulation 1907/2006 came into force.
NEW RUBBER S.r.l. si qualifica, ai sensi del regolamento REACH, come un utilizzatore a valle, in particolare
come “utilizzatore di sostanze” e “produttore di articoli”. Per articolo si fa riferimento alla definizione indicata
dall’ art 3.3 del regolamento REACH. Non sussiste pertanto l’obbligo di fornire la SDS.
NEW RUBBER srl qualifies, under the REACH Regulation, as a downstream user, in particular as "user of substances"
and "producer of articles." As per article, reference is made to the definition given in Article 3.3 of the REACH Regulation.
Therefore it is not mandatory to provide the SDS.
NEW RUBBER S.r.l. dichiara che tutti gli articoli forniti non sono soggetti a registrazione secondo il
regolamento REACH, né possono essere qualificati, in condizioni di normale utilizzo, come “articoli che
rilasciano intenzionalmente sostanze”, e sta intraprendendo tutte le attività necessarie per conformarsi con le
disposizioni del regolamento REACH.
NEW RUBBER srl declares that all supplied items are not subject to registration under REACH, nor can they be qualified,
in normal use, as "articles that intentionally release" substances, and it is undertaking all activities necessary to comply
with the requirements of REACH Regulation.
Considerando l’attuale revisione della “Candidate list SVHC” e le informazioni basate sulle dichiarazioni dei
nostri fornitori, gli articoli da noi prodotti non contengono nessuna delle 169 sostanze (SVHC) della Candidate
List in concentrazione pari o superiore allo 0,1% in peso/peso (lista aggiornata al 20/06/2016). Eventuali
prodotti contenenti le sostanze sopracitate in concentrazione superiori allo 0,1% verranno gestite a parte
informando il cliente.
Considering the current review of the "Candidate list SVHC" and information based on our suppliers' declarations, the
articles produced by us do not contain any of the 169 substances (SVHC) of the Candidate List in a concentration equal to
or greater than 0.1% w / w (updated list at 06/20/2016).
Any products containing the above mentioned substances in concentrations higher than 0.1% will be managed apart and
the customers will be duly informed.
