Frutto dell’enorme bagaglio di conoscenze tecniche nel settore professionale, dove
il titanio è il materiale principe per le membrane dei driver ad altissime prestazioni,
riversato sulle specifiche esigenze dell’Hi-Fi di livello estremo.

Nell’HT265 è “addomesticato” per suonare con dolcezza, come se fosse di
seta, senza tuttavia compromettere la grande capacità di dettaglio che lo
contraddistingue.
La lucida e delicata membrana a cupola è montata su di una sospensione in tela smorzata,
mossa da una bobina in filo di rame su supporto di alluminio. Precise scelte atte a non
estremizzare il comportamento del complesso mobile, per “limare” ogni possibile asperità
nella risposta acustica del titanio e mantenere bassa la frequenza di risonanza.
In HT265 titanium is “tamed” to sound sweet, soft as silk without compromising
its great capacity to detail for which it is distinguished.
The shiny and delicate domed membrane is mounted on a damped fabric suspension
and moved by a copper wire voice coil with aluminium former. Accurate choices made
to render less extreme the mobile assembly’s movement, to “smoothen” any harshness
in the titanium’s acoustic response and to keep frequency resonance down.
È stato poi scelto di usare un classico complesso magnetico in ferrite per non
abbassare troppo l’induttanza dell’avvolgimento, ottenendo un dolce roll-off nella
risposta in frequenza, ottimale per contribuire a ricostruire una corretta sensazione
sonora di profondità anche nell’ascolto in campo vicino.
Il tutto montato su di una robusta flangia d’alluminio, a garanzia dello smorzamento
meccanico e della massima stabilità dimensionale.

A traditional ferrite magnetic assembly has been chosen to avoid too much the
winding inductance thus obtaining a sweet frequency response roll-off that is great
for creating a correct depth sound sensation even in close hearing range.
Everything is mounted on a robust aluminium flange that guarantees mechanical
damping and maximum dimensional stability.
