DIAVIAfrigo E’ COMPLETO
DIAVIAfrigo è un sistema completo, con
controllo automatico della temperatura
per celle frigorifere autotrasportate, in
grado di soddisfare pienamente i
requisiti di legge e quelle dei
consumatori. Il sistema all’interno della
cella refrigerata, controlla il
mantenimento delle temperature
richieste tra -20° e + 12°C a seconda
del tipo di merce trasportata.
L’unità di controllo è inserita nel
cruscotto, mentre l’unità refrigerante è d
collocata all’interno della cella. Essendo
l’unità refrigerante fissata al soffitto, la
cella è sempre sgombra e disponibile al
carico e scarico delle merci ed anche le
operazioni di pulizia sono facilitate,
evitando che resti di prodotto producano
batteri e contaminino l’ambiente.

DIAVIAfrigo IS COMPLETE
DIAVIAfrigo is a complete chilling
system, with automatic temperature
control for small and medium vans,
capable of fully satisfying current
regulations and consumer requirements.
The system in the refrigerated cell
maintains the required temperature
between -20 and +12 °C, depending
on the type of goods carried. The
control unit is installed on the
dashboard, controlling the
evaporator in the refrigerated cell.
The evaporator is attached to the
ceiling within the cell, maximising
the space available for goods, and
making loading and unloading easy.
Even cleaning is made easier,
preventing product remains from
producing bacteria and contaminating
the enviroment.

DIAVIAfrigo IS MODULAR
Il kit defrost gas caldo può essere acquistato
ed installato in un secondo momento,
assecondando diverse tipologie di utilizzo
dell’impianto DIAVIAfrigo.
Il circuito di pilotaggio consente di
attivare/disattivare il compressore,
le ventole del condensatore e
dell’evaporatore.
Il sistema opera sia a temperature positive
0+12 °C (R134a) e, con R404a, a
temperature negative fino a -20°C.

Per i veicoli condizionati, dove non è
possibile installare frontalmente il
Condensatore (1), proponiamo una gamma
di condensatori sotto chassis per le
applicazioni con R134a (2) o a tetto nella
versione slim-line per le applicazioni con
R404a e R134a (3).
The hot gas defrost unit can b e purchased
and installed at a later time, thus allowing the
creation of different operative configurations
of the DIAVIAfrigo system. The control
circuit allows the enab ling/disab ling of the
compressor as well as the condenser
and evaporator fans. The system can
operate at b oth positive temperatures
0 to +12°C with R134a and negative
temperatures down to -20°C with
R404a. For vehicles with original
AC, where it is not possib ile to fit
the condenser in the front of the
vehicle (1), we propose a range
of under chassis condensers for
R134a applications (2) and roof-top
slim-line range for R404a and R134a
applications (3).

Se si installa l'opzione DEFROST A GAS CALDO
è anche possibile mantenere stabile la temperatura nel
vano coibentato RISCALDANDO quando la temperatura
è inferiore al SET-POINT, o REFRIGERANDO quando la
temperatura è al di sopra del SET-POINT. Il controllore
seleziona automaticamente il funzionamento adeguato
consentendo il trasporto di materiali per i quali è
necessario impedire l'eccessivo raffreddamento in
caso di temperature esterne più basse del SETPOINT.
In combination with HOT GAS DEFROST option,
the controller i s able to stabilize the temperature in
the insulated box HEATING with Hot Gas when the
temperature i s below the SET POINT, COOLING
when the temperature is over the SET POINT.
The controller automatically sets the correct
system behaviour to assure adequate transportation
of goods which need to avoid excessi ve cooling due
to external temperatures lower than the SETPOINT.

Il defrost è un componente opzionale. Delphi suggerisce che per impianti in cui
- la temperatura è >5°C il kit defrost può essere evitato
- la temperatura è <0°C il kit è necessario
- la temperatura è compresa tra i 0°C e 5°C, il kit è fortemente consigliato specialmente quando
l’utilizzo è prolungato o continuativo e/o con frequenti aperture/chiusure del vano
La brina che si forma sull’evaporatore progressivamente depaupera la resa dell’impianto.

Defrost is an optional kit, Delphi suggest its usage for installations where
- set point temperature is >5°C defrost is not needed
- set point temperature is <0°C defrost is MANDATORY
- set point temperature between 0°C and 5°C, defrost is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED expecially
with continous usage and/or with frequent cell door opening.
The frost which appears on evaporator fins decrease system performance.
