Trattamenti a caldo con cera d’api su superfici ossidate per una
finitura anticata.
Vernici cerate su superfici spazzolate o satinate per una finitura
delicata.
Sono tutti trattamenti protettivi che permettono di vedere e
toccare il ferro nella sua naturalità ed esaltare quella superficie
irregolare tipica della forgiatura ed apprezzare quei dettagli
dell’alta qualità della lavorazione.
Decorazione in foglia d’oro 24k, con finitura in oro vivo
o anticata.
ESTERNO
Ciclo di preparazione del ferro e finitura con coloritura al nero
grafite, permettono di proteggere il ferro dagli agenti atmosferici.

Hot treatments with bees wax on oxidised surfaces in order to achieve
an antiqued finish.
Waxy varnishes on brushed or silky surfaces in order to achieve a
delicate finish.
They are all protective treatments that enable the iron to be seen and
touched in its natural state and to enhance the irregular surface typical
of forging and appreciate those high quality details inherent in the
working process.
Decoration in 24-carat gold leaf, with brushed or antiqued gold finish.
EXTERIOR
Iron preparation cycle and finish with graphite black colouring enables the
iron to be protected from environmental agents.

Dal 1655 la tradizione continua
Il legame della famiglia Zanini con la lavorazione artistica
del ferro inizia nel 1655. «È la storia – spiega Villi – di
sapienti artigiani, che si sono tramandati i segreti di un
mestiere antico mai passato di moda. Da quasi quattro
secoli, produciamo con maestria ed esperienza cancellate,
balaustre, inferriate ed elementi decorativi».
Il ferro è un materiale antico e “povero”, reso nobile da
chi sa forgiarlo e lavorarlo. L’energia della passione e della
creatività sa plasmarlo in raffinati manufatti decorativi.

The Zanini family has been crafting artistic wrought iron
decoration since 1655. As Villi Zanini explains, “It’s the story of
skilled craftsmen who have handed down through the centuries
the secrets of an ancient art. For nearly four centuries, we’ve used
our expertise and experience to produce railings, balustrades,
gratings and decorative elements”.
Iron is an ancient and traditionally “poor” material, rendered
noble by the skilled hands of those who know how to forge and
work it.
Energy, passion and creativity mould it into refined, prestigious
decorative objects. “Over time, I have learned how to combine
tradition and craftsmanship with progress and technology,
enabling us to offer our clients original, artistic, one-of-a-kind,
hand-crafted pieces”.

Forging, chiselling, forming, moulding, hammering. Age-old procedures and tools, timeless
traditions, still today needed to obtain the very
best from how one works and crafts iron.
Our art combines these procedures with the use
of modern tools and technologies in the planning and design stage, and in our preliminary
work. Human hands, however, remain our
chosen tool, enabling us to personalize every
one of our creations.
