Stevenson e rimase talmente affascinato che decise di farne un libro. Ad avere attirato l’attenzione di Wagenbreth saranno state sicuramente anche le xilografie nel libro, incise dallo stesso Stevenson. La docente ha fornito del materiale sull’autore e il suo Doctor Jekyll and Mr Hyde visionando poi la versione filmica del romanzo diretta da Victor Fleming nel 1941 con Spencer Tracy nel ruolo del protagonista. Gli alunni hanno scelto una poesia tratta dai Moral Emblems nella versione testo a fronte inglese tedesco e correlata di stampe. Il loro task è stato quello di analizzare le liriche e riferendosi all’immagine che accompagnava il testo.
